My two requests were ignored for my service appt. I asked to ride with the technician which was ignored. I asked to have the oil change windshield sticker updated because it was not done at the last I asked to ride with the technician which was ignored. It wasn't that way when I brought it to the dealer for service now I have to smell that until it dissipates. I keep my car clean and not pleased about the odor. More

The dealership was opened promptly and the staff was very courteous, especially Jason who assisted me. He addressed me by name, keep me up to date on repairs while I was waiting in the lounge, and walked me courteous, especially Jason who assisted me.
