The initial reception and entry into the service department was first class. We completely appreciated and enjoyed the detailed video walk through from the mechanic's finding and were very relieved to get what appeared to be thorough and expert service for our A/C problem... in fact we were so impressed on our drive home and even to come pick up the car we talked about how great it was to finally find some quality service. When we came to pick up the car, little-to-nothing was said to us as we signed no less than 3 forms and paid our $300+ for the repair... only to have the A/C we tried to have repaired fail again within 30 minutes of driving the car from the service department. The biggest frustration for us came when we returned the car to be looked at further... no one was around under the carport so we progressed into the service department door where eventually a perplexed service advisor told us that the one working with our car was off today and our car wouldn't be looked at until tomorrow. This is where most of the frustration came from... as customers we shouldn't have to be beholden to our service advisor's work schedule when we return our car for service we paid for less than 2 hours beforehand that failed to fix the problem. It would have been much better if the service advisor we spoke to realized this was a returned service call for incomplete work and instead of looking at us like we were crazy for challenging that our car wouldn't get re-looked at because our original service advisor was off for the day he instead identified that they'd get someone on it to figure out why the original repair 1. didn't work and 2. wasn't tested thoroughly to identify it didn't work before sending the car back to us. When I got there my appointment was busy, so I ended up with Curtis. He was a very laid back individual who took good care of what he done. Explained everything, and make it a short visit. When got back from the bank the visit slowed, a lot. Got a bit angry but it is what it is. Then I got to meet Ameth, he went thru my truck with a fine tooth comb and it's workings. In short my visit was good, the people I dealt with great and I love my tacoma. Just an awesome truck. Would recommend this dealer to anyone, they won me from Burns Ford. Thanks guys . More
