This is my first experience with Toyota and I’m very disappointed. They sold me a lemon in December ‘23. I’ve had nothing but trouble from this car. It’s a 2021 Corolla. The battery was dead on site when I test drove it, flag #1. Flag #2 was no communication with sales and parts and ended up bringing the car back within a couple of weeks after purchase for an oil change, etc. Flag #3 my insurance notified me of a passenger seatbelt recall that Toyota has not notified me about. Now only 4 months after purchase the AC is no longer working with multiple repairs for over $1,400!! I’ve never had an experience like this with Honda. They always inspected and certified their preowned cars. Therefore I’ve lost all hope for Toyota and the team with it. More
First time using this dealer for service and entire process was very smooth. Made an appt online, received confirmation and reminders, had an assigned rep, Ginny, keep me informed through the service a process was very smooth. Ginny was very friendly and gave excellent service. I’ll definitely be back in the future. More
