Shady service dept, They tried to convince me to update my firmware for $200 to correct a problem that’s existed since 2019 in Rav4s and Camrys. They’ve known the problem has existed for years, but waited my firmware for $200 to correct a problem that’s existed since 2019 in Rav4s and Camrys. When I questioned why they waited, the service dept. said it was tough luck since my warranty had expired, and referred me to Toyota Corporate in Texas. I detest taking my car in for service because of sleazy sh!+ like this. More
