Felt rushed at the end and had to ask for explanation of a bill of 1400.,00 dollars. I had do the calling and no one reached out to me to discuss the price or if there were other options to wait, do partial a bill of 1400.,00 dollars. Brand new battery was bad and I was charged for replacement until I brought to the service department attention and then they gave me credit. Technician are always extremely busy and can’t give proper attention to customers because continual distractions in a chaotic overworked environment. More staff is definitely needed. Free car washes never seem to be offered anymore. Technicians are so overbooked that they can’t give proper attention to customers for calling, feedback and explanation or services and prices. 1400.00 bill cleaned out my savings and I had no warning that it was costing that much for services done. More
Excellent service! Anthony was our salesman and he was great. He was able to answer all of our questions, was a true professional and never pushy. Every time I go to this dealership, it’s a disorganized mess. I’m always told it’ll be an hour, and after 3 hours, I still hear nothing. I only ever get tire rotations and oil changes. Why is it taking nea mess. I’m always told it’ll be an hour, and after 3 hours, I still hear nothing. I only ever get tire rotations and oil changes. Why is it taking nearly 4 hours to do all of that? On top of that, the service manager couldn’t get a hold of anyone working on my car on the phone. I had to tell the service manager to get off his chair, and physically check where my advisor was. I will not be going back to this dealership. It’s always a nightmare. More
