I was very very unhappy today. First I get there in my car and nobody came out with paper work and I sat there for 20 minutes and somebody finally came out and went to a customer t First I get there in my car and nobody came out with paper work and I sat there for 20 minutes and somebody finally came out and went to a customer that just drove up. Then it took over 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation and I even had to go up to the desk then to even find out my car was ready and it had been ready for 30 minutes. I am very unhappy! More
