Ask Ryan Neely. He does an excellent. It is a shame a good service advisor has to suffer under such poor workmanship by techs. Ask Ryan what we had to do that the service tech DID NOT DO and we had to follow the service tech into the shop to see him complete the job. That was one red flag. It makes your customers What else the techs aren’t doing. Red flag to you and your teams.
