What a pitiful excuse for all of their mistakes! Made an appointment for an airbag recall and oil change, made the appt WEEKS ago, purchased the vehicle from this dealership 4 years ago, have had mo Made an appointment for an airbag recall and oil change, made the appt WEEKS ago, purchased the vehicle from this dealership 4 years ago, have had most of the work done here, so they have it in their records. Got there, said it wouldn’t take 4 hours, will take two, they called me in 30 minutes, said they only did the oil change, because they didn’t have the part for the recalled airbag!! I live almost an hour away, and my husband followed me down so I didn’t have to sit all day! One excuse after another, it was probably the “call center”, not the dealership, blah, blah, blah!! There is NO EXCUSE for such a screw up!!!! Now I have to wait for the part to be ordered and hope they actually do their jobs and make sure it’s the airbag for my car!!!!! To think, I was probably going to buy another car from them, NOPE!! You’ve LOST my business for good!!! More

I will give agent who did deal with me he is very gentle and did awesome job to make sure what I need. But Finance guys are very scam they wait till very late to reveal my interest rate even when I am done and did awesome job to make sure what I need. My credit score is excellent and can pay the cash for the care but they charge me 8.7 % APR which is very high for my score. And they also said I can finance with only Toyota financial not with other creditor. Total scam and deceiving. Which I have never heard that I cannot do finance with other banker except Toyota financial. They will be. Bale to show the business currently but in long term will loose lot of customers and also business . I am going to pay off as soon as I get dmv documents so you will it get any money from me as interest charge. Will never go back on I have to buy car for my wife too bit not from here More
