This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. period. We started at Dick Dyer in Columbia and they were the absolute worst. Mr. Andrew and Mr. Abrahm both were very friendly and patient with my family and I during our process of browsing and deciding to purchase in the wee hours of the night. There was no pressure nor overly excited behavior that says "I'm going to get you sucker". I appreciated this experience because it made me feel at home and comfortable to spend my money. I have visited other dealerships that was the totally opposite of Rock Hill Toyota and it disgusted me. Oh how refreshing it was to enter into an establishment where the customer was truly put first. Jody made the buying experience very easy. I hate the games that dealers play and there was none of that. Tom never offered a pressured sales environment, always followed up with a call or email and always chose the "high road", honest approach.
