Satifaction Toyota On December 30th, I made a decision to purchase an Avalon. Since I owned two Toyotas I decided to trade one. I visited the Toyota Dealership in Roc On December 30th, I made a decision to purchase an Avalon. Since I owned two Toyotas I decided to trade one. I visited the Toyota Dealership in Rock Hill, SC and met Kyle Smith and told him of my interest. I told him that I would not 'dicker' with him, that I wanted his best price and would go to another Dealership to see how competitive he was. After meeting with him and having checked the prices 'On Line' I made a decision not to go anywhere else. I was then introduced to Felix Collins, one of the best Sales Consultants that I have ever dealt with. Felix spent a tremendous amount of time answering all of my questions. Later I brought my wife out to look at the car and Felix was most gracious in answering all of our questions until we felt comfortable. When I decided to purchase the Avalon, Felix completed all of the paper work and went far beyond the expected and contacted my Insurance Company and handled all of th otherr incidentals. I cannot say enough about the time and energy that was given to us by Felix. I have recommended him to several of my friends. I went by when I had time and met Felix and he got my car appraised right then and made me an offer that I had hoped to receive but expected some haggling back and forth. I know RH Toyota would deal with me because I have now purchased two personal cars from them and this is the third Camry Hybrid I have purchased as a Church owned vehicle. Felix was friendly, knew his trade well and the overall experience was great. I felt we got a very good deal on our trade and on the new car price.
