David Kitts was also very helpful in helping with the service of my new vehicle and the detail guys in the back did a miracle on Camry before I took it home. The used car manger and fiance manger (Terrance) were also very polite and helpful. This was truly a great team effort and I would definitely recommend business to Toyota of Rock Hill. More

Talk about a POSITIVE experience............ I don't like to buy cars. Felix Collins epitomizes a "Customer 1st" - "Dealer 2nd" relationship. I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted and have I don't like to buy cars. Felix Collins epitomizes a "Customer 1st" - "Dealer 2nd" relationship. I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted and have been looking for a few months. Felix listened to me, made recommendations and let me test drive a number of cars and waited on me to make the decision. He followed up appropriately which kept me interested but I never felt pressured to buy although he and I both knew I needed to make a purchase. Gary in the finance department made the process easy for me as well. I appreciated his honesty as we moved through the process. I ended up purchasing a limited Rav4. I LOVE it!! But honestly I LOVE the experience I had with Felix you see, my children's father has bought two cars from Felix at Rock Hill Toyota. He has terminal cancer and wanted to make sure I had a really great car that I really really liked. Felix never rushed me, and was so heartfelt about the things we are going through. I needed to trust the process and he made that happen for me, us. Felix you are the "Real Deal" and your employer has the best Auto Consultant working for them in the Charlotte / Rock Hill area - they are blessed and we were too for working with you.
