Felix listened to me, made recommendations and let me test drive a number of cars and waited on me to make the decision. He followed up appropriately which kept me interested but I never felt pressured to buy although he and I both knew I needed to make a purchase. Gary in the finance department made the process easy for me as well. I appreciated his honesty as we moved through the process. I ended up purchasing a limited Rav4. I LOVE it!! But honestly I LOVE the experience I had with Felix you see, my children's father has bought two cars from Felix at Rock Hill Toyota. He has terminal cancer and wanted to make sure I had a really great car that I really really liked. Felix never rushed me, and was so heartfelt about the things we are going through. I needed to trust the process and he made that happen for me, us.
