The bank you contracted with is the institution used by Southeast Toyota and the only one that Toyota allows us to use in the Southeast for their programs. I just called you at the number you provided and there is no answer or voice mail. I was told by your finance manager that Southeastern Toyota was Toyota Financial and that is not true they are 2 different companies. I could have gone to my credit union and got my own financing. i feel like I should have walked out of his office when he was given the wrong information from your people, the paper work they provided him was totally different from what was agreed upon and he had to wait for your people to fix it, right then and there I should have known to walk out but I did not and when the updated paper work came I was told I was being financed thru Toyota Financial and I do not think that the full explanation of the type of loan I was getting into was given to me. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I will not do business with you guys again. Thank You
