Service Not Good I am not pleased with the follow up and communication. I traded in my vehicle and they were supposed to pay it off and it's been almost 3 weeks and th I am not pleased with the follow up and communication. Now my old car note would be late if I weren't paying such close attention and having to do so much follow up. Don, the sales manger said he would take care of it and get back to me. I never heard from him so I went to the dealer and he hadn't even begin to assist me. I would say don't have high expectations from this dealership. More

My 30,000 mile scheduled/appointment took 6 HOURS!!! I had an appointment to have the service work done on my vehicle that has almost 30,000 miles on it. Toyota was having a tire sale at this time as wel I had an appointment to have the service work done on my vehicle that has almost 30,000 miles on it. Toyota was having a tire sale at this time as well. I made the appointment for 11 am but my vehicle was not ready until 5:00 pm. I was given all kind of excuses and out right lies about why it was taking so long. However, my husband and l are not stupid. He has worked for dealerships and knew that it was not taking that long to change the oil and line up a van. I don't believe that they even started to complete my service until I called at around 3:00 concerned because they had never called me to come pick up my vehicle. I would much rather they just told me the truth; they got busy selling and installing new tires for other customers that they forgot about my SCHEDULED work. We actually heard them arguing about whose fault it was that my service work had not been completed, and the servicemen hushed up arguing really quickly when they realized the gentleman sitting close by was my husband. It did not stop them from charging me the full rate. I was offered a free car wash on another date because it was so late when they gave me back my van that the car wash was closed for the day. Considering that I drove 38 miles one way to get there for the service, I doubt I'll make another trip for the free car wash. I had other tasks that I needed to complete on this day that I could get to because customers buying tires were placed in front of me and my appointed scheduled work. I just want to say that my time is valuable to me too, and charging me the full rate was terrible customer service! I will be looking elsewhere for future servicing needs. Way to go Toyota of Rock Hill, SC. I had planned on buying my next vehicle there, but not now! More
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM I bought a 2015 Camry about a month ago. They initially told me there wasn't one on it when I brought it in but they would order me one and not charge me! Like they were doing me a favor! I wasn't missing anything from the vehicle! Brought the car in for service, after diagnostic the advisor guy told me that they must replace one part that control the balance of the car. I asked him to confirm: "are you sure the problem will stop after the part is replaced?. He answered:" we are responsible for our work", then I asked the same question again, he went to his manager and came back with this answer: "we stand behind our work". All I want is the problem must stop. So they do their job, and I paid for it very expensive As soon as I left the dealer, that problem happened again. I immediately call back and let them know. They asked me to bring the car back in and leave the car there for longer diagnostics. They came back to me and told me they have to replace another part. Then I asked : "Are you sure this time will work?". They answer me without %100 sure. That is not good, I felt. " Are you going to pay me back the cost that you charged me the first time? I asked because I know for sure whatever they fixed the first time not related to the problem. They said no. Then I came up to Service Manager, then Department Manager, and then the General Manager, none of them want to take that responsibility and pay me back. Took the car to another dealer, they simply called the Toyota corporate engineer and found out the problem and fixed it. I called Toyota corporate regional office and got pay back. They said they sorry about what Rockhill dealer did to me. Toyota Goal is to get everything fixed correctly the first time. DO NOT LET THEM RIP OFF THE TOYOTA'S CLIENTS. More

We came in to look for a new truck. Our salesmsn Todd didnt answer any of our questions nor dod finance present us with a worthwhile payment after we told them where we needef to be at. We were offered a model not in stock and not given an answer as to when it would ne there. Website is a jock as of yesterdau said 22 tacomas in stock we saw three on the lot and were told at the payment we erre looking for thry wouldnt work. Very upset at toyota of rock hill More

Great car buying experience I don't like going to dealerships to buy a car, but Tom Funderburk made the experience a pleasant one. He also got me a great deal on a badge black out kit that beat an online price I had found. Everyone was friendly that I came in contact at the dealership. Upon arriving it initially took 10-15 minutes for someone to greet/help us. The car was scheduled for service at 8:15AM on Saturday 6/4/16 by David. He said that the car would not be finished until Monday. I was a little frustrated because I lived an hour away and had to return to work on Monday. Nonetheless, we made it work. I send my fiancé and his brother to pick up the vehicle on Monday 6/6/16. They get there and the car had not even began getting work done. Mind you we live in Columbia, SC. We wasted gas, missed work and only got a "we did the best we could". The LEAST they could have done was called to say it wasn't going to be ready at the time they predicted. I called corporate on 6/7/2016 and was assured that would receive a call from the Customer Relations manager from Rock Hill....here it is over a week later and they STILL have no consideration for my time. I will only take my vehicle to Dick Dyer Toyota... Rock Hill service center is extremely inconsiderate. More
