The dealership is good with service. I would however say I am disappointed as this is the only Toyota dealership that does not offer the customers while they wait any refreshments. We have dealt with dealerships in Ohio, Florida, North and South Carolina. Weather it was pastries, popcorn, sodas etc. you did not have to spend your dime at the vending machine. In Florida you even had the option of pedicures or manicures! I watched the owner bring in breakfast sandwiches for the employees. There was only coffee for customers. They might want to step up a notch for customers! More

I travel for work and broke down in a nearby town. I was able to have my vehicle towed to their location and diagnosed within a couple of hours. I was sent a video of the issues and the estimate. I was able to pick my vehicle up within 24 hrs. I would definitely use them in the future. More
