This dealership is under new ownership and it SHOWS!! My wife and I just bought a brand new minivan from them and it was the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Everybody was very friendly and had very positive attitudes. We did not get the feeling that we were being pressured at all (which is the case with most dealerships). Our salesperson, Debbie, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient (we had our 2 month old baby with us). My wife had to feed the baby a couple of times and she was kind enough to find us a private room. I was very impressed by her ability to address all of our questions and concerns. And, the great customer service did not stop at Debbie. Jose, the sales manager, was extremely nice and it was a pleasure to work with him as well. When we went in the 2nd day, he remembered little things about our first visit which made us feel welcome and not just "another number". The business manager, Ken, was also very friendly and very professional. And, to top it all off, we got a great deal on our minivan! They did such an amazing job right off the bat, that we did not need to "shop around". It was nice because we really didn't have the time to be running around looking for the best deal and customer service. We are so lucky that we decided to go here first! Toyota of Rock Hill has really set the standard high in my opinion. They have changed my traditional "view" on dealerships. I will definitely be bringing my business back to them.
