Went the for the normal maintenance and they didn’t close the lid or refill the window wiper fluid. Three of the valve stem caps were loose. The fourth one was not loose because it was not even put back on. the lid or refill the window wiper fluid. Three of the valve stem caps were loose. The fourth one was not loose because it was not even put back on. They said they changed the oil and rotated tires but missing the finer details, I’m not even sure they did that. I also had them check for the recall from Toyota but was not sent a video of what they found. Internet could have been down and that’s fine but I was just handed the keys,walked out to my truck and told to have a good day. I would think with the prices of new cars these days, they would at least make me feel like they care about their customers. I did purchase my brand new truck here and it was going in for the 18 month routine maintenance at 5600 miles. More
