Overpriced new cars they add $5000 to msrp. They low ball on trade ins. They mislead me on financing. I wanted to pay cash but funds would not transfer for 3 to 5 business days. Told me don't worry just finance the car and payoff before 1st payment and it will not cost you anything more and you can take the car.today. When I went to pay off, the finance company add $580 to total cost. I texted sales person asking for help, he said I was accusing him and attacking his character. Well he told me there would be not additional cost if I financed for a couple weeks. Told me to contact finance company. I did , they said it is a dealer issue. Called finance dept at dealer, left voice mail a week ago with no response back. Tried calling dealer again all day Friday and no answer at all in finance. So great cars, lousey customer service. All I want is for someone to call me back to correct this problem. More
