I don't think it was right. I called to make an appointment to change the transmission fluid in my truck, and they said they would do it. They asked me the mileage, and I brough I called to make an appointment to change the transmission fluid in my truck, and they said they would do it. They asked me the mileage, and I brought it in. It turns out they didn't change the fluid and instead told me I needed to replace the engine and everything, which would cost me $16,000. That's not right because I never asked them to do a diagnostic. I brought it in for a transmission fluid change, and if they couldn't do it, they should have just told me no. But they only charged me $334 for nothing. Absolutely terrible. More
