I bought a Toyota Highlander 2023 in September and till today I don't have a spare key. They keep saying that I should call Toyota not them. Once you leave there, you get poor response from them. Today I was there to service the Highlander and waited for 3hrs 20 minutes only to tell me, "sorry our systems are down; there is nothing we can do and it is not our fault". No, it was my fault to be there. I wasted my time sitting at the lounge waiting in vain and took my car home without service. Please be wise with their sweet promises, not really as they say. More

It would appear that the dealerships service department isn’t what it used to be. They took my truck in for some errors and I decided to have them do and oil change. I would have given them the benefit of isn’t what it used to be. They took my truck in for some errors and I decided to have them do and oil change. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt accept this isn’t the first time it’s happened. There’s more oil under my truck, on my drive way and exhaust of the truck than maybe in the oil pan. I have put a call into the service manager and will see how that goes. I can’t help but call out the attitude of the folks that work there. The Service and Parts team attitude is boarderline rude in response’s to simple questions about the billing, ETC.. There’s zero customer service attitude and more of customer are and annoyance then any anything else. The best advice I can offer is find another dealership, it’s just not work the hassle. More

I had my Toyota Yaris taken to Riverside Toyota when I got hot.(the car). I called back the next day and the service man(Eric Perez said the motor was lock up siesed. He should check again. Of course he didn’t. Four or five days later, I have a warranty he told meto stand responsible for $2500 he would have the motor torn crow for the warranty warranty team to inspect to reside lweathre or not they would fix it . I called back and ask him to change the oil o the car and I would pick it up. He said I can’t change the oil on a motor thats siesed the kin won’t run thru thr journals???? They sent the car to me with a dead battery, the air fired and housing thrown in the front ofthe car and the interior ful of dust where the windows where left down. . If I had todeal with these people again I would buy a skateboard and ride it.Im 66 yo and have never seen business dons as shabby.Rest assured that I will never again have anything to do with these 🤡. I aware by my Toyotsas but will buy a skateboard before I have to deal with these people outside of a courtroom. Riverside Toyota that’s for nothing. Don’t bother making an appointment because apparently it’s the same wait time as a walk in. This review is regarding their service department and their service agent Rosie. She is incredibly unprofessional and rude to her customers. Avoid her at all costs, ask for someone else if she attends you. My dad asked 2 hours after his appt what was going on with his car and she said I don’t know? How can I know if it’s not even “up” yet. My dad said wow, really? But I had an appt and it’s already been two hours. She said and? Just because you have an appt doesn’t make you or your vehicle a priority. You have to wait like everyone else. And then did not contact him or update up for 4 hours!! His car was the last to leave the garage even when other associates would ask what was going on and why it was taking so long, he refused to ask again because she was so disrespectful and he didn’t want to behave the same way. My dad is all about brand loyalty but I refuse to let him come here again. Mom and pop shops are better than this. More
