HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Riverside! I had seen my 2016 GMC Terrain for a few days on the lot. My husband stopped in to get some info and stated we 'may' return... Well, we did... Just to I had seen my 2016 GMC Terrain for a few days on the lot. My husband stopped in to get some info and stated we 'may' return... Well, we did... Just to look. Our salesman, Tony Turdo wasted no time in letting us test drive. He was very professional but personable. I did not feel pressured into buying and a few hours later (maybe less!) I was driving home in my new car, which I love! I think our finance person was Carlos (?) and he made the finance experience understandable and explained everything thoroughly. Greatest customer service. Was greeted by ysmael he was very helpful and knowledgeable in many cars. Once we found the car I wanted it wasn't in the interior color I wanted. He Was greeted by ysmael he was very helpful and knowledgeable in many cars. Once we found the car I wanted it wasn't in the interior color I wanted. He went out of he's way to get the color I wanted, found it in there over flow lot. Was able to drive away with it that day. We went to the finanicial department which we were with Laz he was efficient and an overall great experience. Loved the electronic table signing all the documents made it quick and less confusing. The reason my family purchases our vehicles there is that there is no games, no gimmicks, no misleading prices and people who truly put you first. From the moment to come on the lot until you drive off, there is no pressure put upon you. I just wish others dealerships could operate by this example. I don't know about that other place over in El Monte, Ca., but to me Toyota of Riverside is #1. More
