After comunicating with Christine, I visited several dealerships including Toyota of Riverside, which I visited twice, once during the process of shopping, and finally went back to consider a purchase. Christine was out and I was introduced to Caroline. I was not disapointed. Caroline was very helpful and friendly, and just as important I bought a truck at good price and was out of there quickly. I will not leave out the financial department, I wish I could remember the gentlemans name I met. He was great as well. In short, it is obvious that Toyota of Riverside takes customer service to a higher level which not only reflects the dedication of the employees I dwelt with. but also of the management.
