Not only does Toyota of Riverside give you the best, courteous treatment, frequently offering water, coffee and other beverages, but when it comes t Not only does Toyota of Riverside give you the best, courteous treatment, frequently offering water, coffee and other beverages, but when it comes to business time they really help you to find the vehicle YOU want, not the one they want to sell. Every deal I have made with them I felt good about (and I am a tough customer),and the attention they pay to your needs is outstanding. I have walked away scratching my head on several occasions wondering how they made any money on my deal. Their service is just as excellent when you bring your car in for maintenance. I have not had the pleasure of working with all personnel at Toyota of Riverside but my experiences with John Brandon, Moe Elsayed,and Jeffrey Prather to name a few have been outstanding. John and Moe go out of their way to accommodate you, going above and beyond any auto dealer I've ever experienced. Jeffery never forgets any customers, remembering them all by name and treating you like family. Looking for a Toyota? (why would you drive anything else?)Head over to Toyota of Riverside. As a first time car buyer, the staff at Toyota of Riverside were so helpful and made this such a smooth experience for me contrary to the sales games I'd experienced early that day. Chuck Evangelista and Nathan Clark were very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions and ultimately guide me in the right direction as to which vehicle was the best option for my lifestyle and financial situation. Furthermore I cannot say enough good things about Tony Garcia. He was extremely helpful in devising the optimum payment plan all while including the top converage plans. And he stayed within my budget! That was so important to a me being that I'm a recent college graduate. I feel very satisfied with my purchase and secure with the converage plan included and ultimately the reliability of a Toyota. I recommend Toyota of Riverside to all my friends and family. More
