Awesome experience! I get intimidated when thinking about heading to a dealership, I don't like to be hassled. LOVED IT! Robert (and Fausto) could not have been any more accommodating in helping us select the correct new car for us. Jokingly, and before visiting TOR, we Robert (and Fausto) could not have been any more accommodating in helping us select the correct new car for us. Jokingly, and before visiting TOR, we told Robert (on the phone) that we were not into pain and that he had to gentle with us. Well, sure enough he was VERY gentle and, again, could not have been any more accommodating. Also, our personal kudos to Financial Manager, Laz. He was very friendly while still being very professional. He presenting all the additional options that were available to us without any pressure to buy. And, yes, due to his excellent salesmanship, he did convince us to purchase the Rockledge package for our new Corolla. More
