LOVED IT! Robert (and Fausto) could not have been any more accommodating in helping us select the correct new car for us. Well, sure enough he was VERY gentle and, again, could not have been any more accommodating. Also, our personal kudos to Financial Manager, Laz. He was very friendly while still being very professional. He presenting all the additional options that were available to us without any pressure to buy. And, yes, due to his excellent salesmanship, he did convince us to purchase the Rockledge package for our new Corolla. More

Liars Just want everyone to know that when you purchase a new vehicle make sure that you check if the vehicle has a alarm which all of them do from the fac Just want everyone to know that when you purchase a new vehicle make sure that you check if the vehicle has a alarm which all of them do from the factory,row the window down and on your key ,,,,lock vehicle wait 30 seconds put your arm in vehicle and open door inside and the Alarm will go off with a horn sound.Dont let them try to crook you in to buying an Alarm because there's already one in vehicle. Eric Dorati is a fleet management and he tried to pull this on me ,He said it was going to be an extra 580.00. Don't be stupid,and let them get off on you.. Goodwin Isokpan,  sales he's a big liar,  Perry Ellis finance manager   beware of this guy he is the one stealing your money on the paperwork , sales manager Fausto Hurtado , his cut with the same knife , thief and a liar he doesn't care about the customers and this lady customer relationship manager Kathleen Fleming she doesn't care about customers she made a comment that says . If we don't do these kind of transactions we won't be in business , these people are just thieves in a big Liars,  so be careful because once you sign the paperwork it's over for you these people don't care to help you , they don't care about customers they don't care about you I highly recommend stay away from Toyota of Riverside More
