I bought a Toyota Highlander 2023 in September and till today I don't have a spare key. They keep saying that I should call Toyota not them. Once you leave there, you get poor response from them. Today I was there to service the Highlander and waited for 3hrs 20 minutes only to tell me, "sorry our systems are down; there is nothing we can do and it is not our fault". No, it was my fault to be there. I wasted my time sitting at the lounge waiting in vain and took my car home without service. Please be wise with their sweet promises, not really as they say. More

It would appear that the dealerships service department isn’t what it used to be. They took my truck in for some errors and I decided to have them do and oil change. I would have given them the benefit of isn’t what it used to be. They took my truck in for some errors and I decided to have them do and oil change. I would have given them the benefit of the doubt accept this isn’t the first time it’s happened. There’s more oil under my truck, on my drive way and exhaust of the truck than maybe in the oil pan. I have put a call into the service manager and will see how that goes. I can’t help but call out the attitude of the folks that work there. The Service and Parts team attitude is boarderline rude in response’s to simple questions about the billing, ETC.. There’s zero customer service attitude and more of customer are and annoyance then any anything else. The best advice I can offer is find another dealership, it’s just not work the hassle. More
