Everyone I meet was professional and customer-friendly. Last Friday was the third time in a row that I and my family have bought a vehicle at Toyota of Riverside, and as usual I left the experience more tha Last Friday was the third time in a row that I and my family have bought a vehicle at Toyota of Riverside, and as usual I left the experience more than happy. I want to especially commend Mr. Cedric Jackson, who went to extraordinary lengths to find and obtain the exact truck for which I was shopping, as well as thoroughly orienting me to my new vehicle, staying at the dealership with me until 11:00 pm despite showing up that morning at 6:00am. Mo also proved essential in making everything happen so that the sale proceeded in the proper manner, ensuring that my truck was brought up from Carlsbad that night and keeping me informed of its progress. Even the gentleman in charge of the financial process was thoroughly pleasant and managed to make the experience pleasant and personable. Overall, everyone was fantastic. More
