It truly is about the service! We all got options and right? Ever since I moved to Riverside I started coming here as opposed to the other dealership in Ontario. Not that service was bad there but truth be told, the service here in Riverside is just better. It comes down to people and how you are treated. Joseph is my 2nd Service Advisor since 2014. I am faithful to whom I work with and when my other relocated he recommended I ask for Joseph. He was so right! Joseph is a great guy who listens to you, treats you super well and is the epitome of professionalism. When I go it, he makes it about me and what I need. Does not try and oversell and keeps things real! What's not to like about that? Most of all, the team there seems genuinely interested in you and keeping your business. I have options as to where to go but I am hole heartedly content here! Thank you Joseph for all you do! More

I went with a "no buy" mentality. I used to own a 2013 Tundra and the online 2019 Tundra sparked my interest. Was met by Aaron, (very young man for a car salesman lol) and he took us immediately to the truck, took us on a test run and sat down for discussion. Only had to go back to his manager once and an hour later, we drove the truck home. He even followed up with a call. I went back three days later with the required paperwork and extra keys from my previous car. Aaron recognized be immediately and took care of me again. Great Job! More
