They could not find the problem on my first complaint but my AC need some freeon. The car was ready in the afternoon. More

I didn't have to wait to,be checked in, and after I was, David Walc, my service agent, ag The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish. I didn't have to wait to,be checked in, and after I was, David Walc, my service agent, again went above and beyond to apprise me of the work to be done and the expected wait time. He offered to give me a shuttle ride anywhere within a 10 mile radius should I need anything while my car was being serviced. Later in the day, he came to give me a status update and tell me about the remaining work and the expected completion time. He was spot on. It took 7 hours to complete the work, but the wait was made pleasant by the outstanding service I received.
