I got a brand new Tacoma in mid-November. on December 21st, I started my car, turned the defrost on high, and waited for the ice on my winshield to melt. I saw a little Starburst crack form, then suddenly splinter out in both directions to form a 2-foot crack across my winshield. Renton Toyota couldn't care less. They treated me like an idiot, and explained over and over how winshield cracks form. They insisted there was previous damage, which there ABSOLUTELY not. I had just checked every window on my vehicle the day before after going on a long drive in bad weather. One guy even had the audacity to tell me the damage must have been "microscopic." Infuriating. Damage so small it is invisible to the human eye should not cause a brand new winshield to crack. Rather than filing a warranty claim or standing behind their product in any way, they chose to insist that I was lying and tell me I should have bought their (exorbitantly priced) winshield insurance. This was absolutely a factory defect, and now I have to pay out of pocket for a new winshield. They also would not bring manager out to speak to me when I asked. DO NOT lease or buy a car from this dealer. They are rude, condescending, and do not care about customers the second you sign on the dotted line. More

After Peter Hubris helped my girlfriend a month ago with her 2018 Toyota RAV4, she couldn't stop raving about her new car. I was curious and I wanted to see how competitive the pricing was in comparison with the classifieds and other dealers. Couldn't be beat. Not only will Peter give you a competitive price, Peter will make sure you're informed and as comfortable as can be throughout the entire process. Today, I also came to buy a 2018 Toyota RAV4. My ankles dislocated so I came in crutches. It was busy but that didn't stop him from helping me move everything over from my old car, including a Thule. Nothing to say but good things working with Peter. His desk is to the far left back corner towards the window if you're looking for him. Haven't worked with any other of the staff, but I'm sure you can't go wrong here. More
Promised checks not done. Lying and arrogant employee. Required checks that are supposed to be done with oil change were skipped (car wash, tire pressure check, tire rotation). When I pointed it to the front desk employee he was extremely rude and arrogant. He did not try to fix the situation, did not admit any fault and it was obvious the promised checks were not done. "We agree to disagree" these were the last words from him before leaving to his desk. And this will be my last visit to this shop. More
