Aside from the claim being nonsensical to any human with a brain. Hundreds of Tundra owners in a 3rd gen Tundra facebook group have lifted their trucks, with zero malfunctioning cameras reported. Also camera has been malfunctioning before and after leveling kit install, and the dealership was notified at 1000 mile check up. John North the GM absolutely refuses to hold himself accountable to do his job, or hold his Service manager or servers technician to do their job. Flat out refusing to Honor the vehicle he sold me, or its warranties. Would rather try and scam his customers, than support the people who keep his dealership in business. Honestly Unbelievable level of entitlement to not do their job and the ease of which they attempt to scam for repair costs. Run to Bellevue or Burien. This dealership’s GM and other management is an absolute joke. More

After a week, when we looked at the paperwork, we realized that we were charged not only the full price but also an extra $299 for a tracker that came with the car. The finance manager, Michael C., is the best con artist of all. When we complained after a week, the salesperson acknowledged that we agreed on the $300 below MSRP and that we should never have been charged the $299 for the tracker since it was supposed to be included. We tried to resolve the issue with the finance manager, but he dismissed it outright. I was planning to buy another vehicle from them - Toyota Crown Signia, but no way. I used this toyota service center for years they used to be very good and attentive. But not any more, today I spend 20 minutes to speak to a service attendence while 4-5 of them sitting and chatting while be very good and attentive. Bait and switch attempt when I came in to buy a new car based upon an offer they sent me for trade in value. When the final paperwork was presented, the trade in price was $3500 less then what they origina based upon an offer they sent me for trade in value. I just had the best car buying experience on April 24, 2023 I have ever had. None of us like going through the car buying experience especially having to deal with some of the negotiating price, trying to 2023 I have ever had. What a nice change from the typical car salesman. He dressed very well, truly listened to our needs and wants and never once tried to pressure us. We were able to get what we wanted on trade in of our Lexus, and bought our RAV 4 XSE for what we wanted to pay. We were in and out in two and a half hours. Overall: Toyota of Renton, and our salesman Guanhong Yu, provided the best used car purchase experience I have ever had, and I've probably purchased at least 40 cars in my lifetime. We came in looking at a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT that was listed online, and when we initially inspected the vehicle, it had just come in on a trade and needed detailing. Nevertheless, we went back and forth a little, and eventually agreed on a price which was below the fair market value. We left after putting down a deposit, with the agreement that we'd sign the final paperwork and take the car home in a few days after they detailed it and did a safety check. So here's the summary of our experience thereafter: On their own accord, the management undertook about $2500 in labor and maintenance items that were far above and beyond what any car dealership has offered me in the past. For example, the tires on the car were at about 50% wear, but the dealership put new tires on, without us asking. The wiper blades were decent, but not new, so they replaced them. The brakes were getting down there but passable, but they replaced the rotors and pads anyway. They replaced the CVT transmission fluid. They took the car to a body shop to re-align the front bumper cover. All in all there was probably 20 maintenance or minor repair items they took care of upon their own initiative. Mr. Yu explained that they wanted the car leaving the lot with not much needed other than oil changes for the next three years. My 19 year old son had sweated and saved for quite awhile to buy this car with his own money. This was his first car buying experience. We were both rather astounded at this level of customer service, and were steeped in gratitude. I would recommend this dealership to any family member or friend, and send them directly to Mr. Yu.
