Marco did help me he was very helpful but previous adviser Ken didn't help me atall I was their at 345 pm and I call before I drive 40 min once I get there he didn't help me he was kept saying I have adviser Ken didn't help me atall I was their at 345 pm and I call before I drive 40 min once I get there he didn't help me he was kept saying I have to come back 7 am due to Thanksgiving eve they are closing 5 pm I ask him I work until 3 pm any other advise or what I need to do he kept giving me 1 advise I have to be there 7 am I went online made appointment for Friday 330 pm Marco diagnosis and told me I have come back I advise him I work can I come 12 pm he said it's fine I went Monday 12 pm I was done by 4 pm great service More

Once again, what an amazing experience bringing my truck to Toyota of Plano. Carlos Murillo my trusted service advisor once again excelled on courtesy, expertise and overall communication and service. I bou to Toyota of Plano. I bought my truck on September of 2009 and since then I only do my service at the Toyota service department. This was my 29th service as my Tacoma needed 145,000 service. This time my service was more expensive than usual given that on top of oil change, tire rotation and filter change, my truck needed a new battery, spark plugs and a repair on the suspension arm for an estimate of close to $3000, and yet I didn't felt as I was getting robbed because I trust Carlos and his expertise and advise. The relationship and trust I have with win can't be bought and I would not bring my car anywhere else. Thank you all so much More
