I started my search for a new Corolla by doing a comparison between multiple dealers. There were some dealers who were better to work with than others, but Toyota of Plano ultimately gave me the be comparison between multiple dealers. Kevin Vo worked to get me the best deal and did whatever it took to earn my business. The best part about it was that we never played the "let me ask my manager" game. If I asked for a concession on something, he had the authority to say "yes" or "no" without giving me the runaround. I would definitely suggest this dealership and particularly Kevin Vo. More

He determined our needs and wants in a vehicle, showed us the options, talked us through the features and benefits of each of the options and gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. He spent quality time with us. We never felt rushed. He didn't push us into a vehicle, instead he took the time to find the best options for us given our needs. He introduced us to other members of the team and they all worked hard to meet our needs in finding the vehicle we wanted at a price we felt was fair.
