When I told him how busy I was he actually drove the vehicle to my office about 20 minutes away from the dealership so I could look at it without driving anywhere or taking any additional time . It was just what she wanted I had Brian go back and prepare all of the paperwork and the car was available for pickup that same afternoon although I waited until the next morning to take my wife to the dealership to pick it up. Brian met us that morning was again courteous, professional and had everything ready .
