He went over everything we were looking for, and earmarked an incoming vehicle for us that met our needs. He said to give him 5 days. He called us in 2 days, and the car was ready, And Beautiful! We love it. He made the whole process absolutely painless. The financing was handled very efficiently and fairly, and we couldn't be happier.
