This location knows how to take care of their customers. I brought my car in for my last service and each visit was better than the last. Carlos Murillo was my service advisor today at Toyota of Plano. He greeted me cheerfully and took a careful look at the past records of the Toyota vehicle that I had. He then explained to me clearly what needs to be done. I told him that I could not afford the repair. He offered 5 percent more than the 10 percent coupon. Carlos said the vehicle will be ready at 530 pm. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was ready at 5pm itself. His dedicated team had found a problem during alignment and fixed it. It was quite easy to fix the appointment and the representative was courteous. Thank you Carlos and Toyota of Plano for the A+ experience I had today.
