I wish I could give 0 stars! ! These people are shady, lying, manipulative men. They degrade women and do not sell ethically. My mother bought a used car from here. Car was checke ! These people are shady, lying, manipulative men. They degrade women and do not sell ethically. My mother bought a used car from here. Car was checked over and needed struts and control arms. Replaced control arms and lied about replacing the struts. Then they checked over the transmission and said the front right pump was bad and the whole thing would need to be replaced but they’re not replacing it and whether she likes it or not she needs to take the car. They also said if she didn’t want the car anymore that they would not be returning her down payment to her. After the fact when they screwed up the loan and it got denied AFTER she already has had the car for over a month, the used car sales manager EDDIE called her and said this all makes him look bad and they need to fix the problem because it makes him look really bad. He also lied and denied that they told not only my mom of the problems with the car but my husband as well, they also decided to put in a fake service appt saying they checked the car and it was good. They never ever had the car the day they put in the service request and my mother was in surgery that day. This is all a mess. My mom was sold a broken car and all EDDIE wants is to make himself look better so he can get his end of year bonus. RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They’re a mess and is awful. Worst experience with a car dealership. More
On 09/19/2025, I brought my Camry for oil change, Toyota Plano did extra inspections for me and suggested to also change engine and cabin filters and replace water pump. I rejected the filter change and acc Plano did extra inspections for me and suggested to also change engine and cabin filters and replace water pump. I rejected the filter change and accepted water pump replacement. After I got back the car I ordered engine filter from amazon. When I received the filter and tried to replace it, I found the hood latch would not open, I drove the car back to the shop, they helped to open the hood. I drove car back to home and tried to replace the engine filter again, but found both hood lift struts stopped working, they would not support hood from keeping open anymore. I replaced battery a month ago the hood lift support worked perfectly at that time. the shop changed the oil days back and not complaining any problems on the hood lift support. The service manager even said if there is hood lift struts problem during oil change, they would have reported it as it is a potential revenue for the shop. So the struts worked fine before, and according to the service manager, it was also fine during the oil change, but was bad the first time I tried to open the hood. Yet the service manager refused to take any responsibility. It was really disappointing and a very bad experience. More
Extremely Unprofessional and Unethical Experience Our recent experience with this dealership has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We visited the store in person, ready to purchase a v recent experience with this dealership has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We visited the store in person, ready to purchase a vehicle they had listed — a Supra. We were serious buyers, had our cashier’s check ready, and were even willing to pay their listed price without any negotiation. Despite that, the staff acted completely disinterested in making a deal. After leaving the store, we called back to proceed with the purchase. Instead of honoring their advertised price, the manager “sobie” or “salmaa” tried to increase the price over the phone, which was never mentioned before. When we refused and reiterated that we’d buy it at the listed price, she abruptly told us to “come tomorrow at 12 PM” and hung up the phone. We then contacted their previous sales director, who promised that one of their managers, Eddie, would reach out. After hours of waiting, Eddie finally called back and informed us that they had accepted a deposit from an out-of-state buyer — even though we had been trying to place a deposit since the day before, and they repeatedly refused to take one from us. To make matters worse, Eddie casually said they had “changed the price” and that if the out-of-state buyer didn’t go through with it, they’d give us the car. That level of indifference and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. We are local buyers who were ready to complete the transaction on the spot. This entire process has been handled with zero transparency, no courtesy, and no professionalism. It’s clear that the dealership prioritized squeezing out a higher offer rather than honoring their own listing and treating serious local buyers with respect. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership — if this is how they treat ready buyers, imagine what happens after the sale. More
