This was my first visit to Toyota Of Orange for service 5K and everything went very well . I mentioned that where they had put my temporary registration on the windshield it was a bunch of glue there when 5K and everything went very well . This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Orange and have been extremely satisfied with the sales team. There was one hiccup in the finance department that Toyota of Orange took care of courteously and promptly. For some reason the DMV accounting software required us to pay a higher city tax rate even though our vehicle is garaged in the unincorporated area of Orange County. Sales person has no etiquettes of how to talk to a customer, i went to test drive a tacoma and parked at the parking spot first available, there was no sign and this sales associate no manners or resp customer, i went to test drive a tacoma and parked at the parking spot first available, there was no sign and this sales associate no manners or respect for a customer starts bashing at me to move the car then he can help me. Terrible experience will not give them business. As you enter there is no sign where to park, he pointed at parking sign which is impossible to see from a sedan as you enter the premises. More
