Unfortunately i spent 4 hours. This dealer is one of the worst. They lie to people, especially when they realize the customer doesn’t fully understand car contracts. What’s even worse is their lack of professionalism: they don’t even wait for customers to go to the dealership anymore — they go out looking for people at gas stations. Is business really that bad? Something outrageous happened to my mom. She was pumping gas in front of the dealership when the salesperson, José Blume, approached her and kept insisting until he convinced her to go in. He ended up selling her a car. She’s a first-time buyer with excellent credit, and they still gave her an extremely high interest rate. That is abusive and unethical. Taking advantage of people who don’t understand contracts is not professional. José Blume, salesperson at that dealer: you lack the ethics required to work with the public. Customers should not be chased at gas stations. A real professional waits for people to come to the dealership and makes a fair deal for both the dealer and the customer. Adding $11,000 above the MSRP of a brand-new car is a scam. More
