Made an appointment for an oil change at 11:45, the oil change took over 4 hours to complete. That is a ridiculous amount of time, what is the point of an appointment then? I will not be back. More

I had to wait 4 hours. Worse, instead of a multi-point inspection they did a diagnotic test ($0.0). Service rep handed me the paperwork and promptly disappeared. What More
