I recently visited Toyota of North Austin for an oil change and to address an issue with my fuel door not opening properly. Yadir provided exceptional service! They serviced my car quite quickly, which I am very happy about. The waiting room is quite well equipped with sockets, tables and a coffee machine. However, I would like to draw attention to the fact that it about. The waiting room is quite well equipped with sockets, tables and a coffee machine. However, I would like to draw attention to the fact that it is very dark inside, the lighting is weak and the interior is old. The employees' work places are absolutely not thought out and in my opinion not comfortable. I was shocked that people working in a large company Toyota have such terrible conditions. More
