Customer service and communication are horrible at this place, they had my car for over 2 weeks just to let me know the issue isn’t covered through my warranty. They also never discussed diagnosis charge a place, they had my car for over 2 weeks just to let me know the issue isn’t covered through my warranty. They also never discussed diagnosis charge and extras that would be added during the diagnosis. Team over all needs to work on their customer service and communication. Will never return or recommend anyone to go. More

I have been driving Toyota for 15 years now and today I had the worst experience at the dealership when I went in for my car’s scheduled maintenance. Nikati Luckey was my service advisor and he did not do had the worst experience at the dealership when I went in for my car’s scheduled maintenance. Nikati Luckey was my service advisor and he did not do anything for me. I have never waited ~3hrs for regular maintenance and the service advisor giving me zero updates. When finally finished with the service I had to wait 30mins for them to pull out my car just to see on the dashboard the “maintenance required” message still there. When I texted Nikati while waiting to see how long it will take, I received no response. When I asked Nikati where my car is, he ignored me. Later he noticed me standing to see if my car is getting pulled up, he said I swear they went to get the car. What an irresponsible response… Never will be going back to Toyota of North Austin for my future appointments. More
Awesome first visit for me. Started off with a phone call where someone competent and polite ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE!! I told him I need a transmission fluid exchange and he Started off with a phone call where someone competent and polite ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE!! I told him I need a transmission fluid exchange and he quickly quoted me a ballpark figure and he could take my car in an hour!! Done in about an hour and at the exact same price. First class and fast all the way. I will be a repeat customer 4 sure. More
