They gave me a list of 10 things I could have maintenance done for. Everything was outrageously priced and I researched some and realized I can buy the materials for ~$10 and complete the work in 10 minutes done for. Everything was outrageously priced and I researched some and realized I can buy the materials for ~$10 and complete the work in 10 minutes or less. On top of that, for the services I can’t do myself (tire alignment, adjustments, etc), I agreed for them to do it. The ETA they gave was 4 hours which is too long by itself. However, what really ticked me off was no one would answer my texts or calls about ETAs and I was left in the dark. I ended up coming back 8 hours later, and the service agent was on a personal cell call and wouldn’t even look at me. He didn’t apply the discounts I discussed prior so I had to go back and forth between the cashier and him, and he was just uncaring. More
