Every time I come to this location, I wonder why I continue to use it. Casey was assigned to my car and it seemed like he was annoyed to be helping me (which seems to be his job). Rude adviser tried to rip off customers. A 2-year old car that has been going through regular maintenance would require more than $1k for a visit? The service adviser even accused me for dec A 2-year old car that has been going through regular maintenance would require more than $1k for a visit? The service adviser even accused me for declining previous service recommendations but when I asked him to show me the evidence, he found nothing and just say that “you will get an email later for all the recommendations and just reply yes”. Nice try! No communication when car is ready. I had to go stand next to him and wait. He didn’t say any other words about the waiting time or the service and just give me the paper and say “you have to pay first and I’ll meet you upfront”. Then of course he disappeared. No cleaning of the car and items in the car were moved around without putting back. Very bad experience. I only give it a 3 star because other people seemed to be nice. More
