I have been going to this dealership for service for many years. It is so well run, everyone is so helpful and kind and it is very clean. The radio in my 2014 Toyota RAV4 stopped working. It just kept continually rebooting. So I brought it in to Toyota of Nashua to have it checked. Keep in mind that I have purchased my last two vehicle It just kept continually rebooting. So I brought it in to Toyota of Nashua to have it checked. Keep in mind that I have purchased my last two vehicles from this dealership; a 2017 Corolla and the RAV4. I was informed that it would cost me $139.99 for them to look at it. So they checked the radio and told me that they could not fix it and that I would need a new one which would cost $1,209 to install. I declined the repair because I’ve never had a radio just die in any other vehicle that I have owned. And the fact that Toyota won’t stand behind their products and wanted to charge me $1200 for a new radio for a ten year old vehicle is ridiculous. Needless to say, I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I’m done with Toyotas. More
