Five stars to my service advisor Pasqualino because he is the best I have ever interfaced with. My overall rating for the dealership is lower because on the day following my service visit, when I started my the best I have ever interfaced with. My overall rating for the dealership is lower because on the day following my service visit, when I started my truck, there was an explosion under the hood followed by a cloud of black smoke. After determining that my truck was not on fire, I raised the hood and and observed that one of the battery caps had blown off. Battery health had been checked off as "ok" on the Multi-point Inspection Form. Coincidence?? The batteries in my first two Tundras each lasted more then ten (10) years each because I keep them fully charged with a "trickle". This one failed at six (6) years (probably average). The dealership had no replacement batteries in stock so I had to find an alternative replacement. More
