When I first stepped into Toyota of Nashua I felt welcomed and not pressured unlike other dealerships. Nick was the first to greet us, myself and fiance, even though it was almost the end of Nick's working day, he still had a huge smile on his face and rushed to help us. He showed me all kind of used cars so I picked one that day. I needed the car for Monday so I can drive to work, Nick didn't hesitate to come on his day off, Sunday, to have the car ready for me. The car was spotless. That day I thought to check out the new cars and with Nick's help and Rick's generosity I was able to drive a 2011 Camry out of the dealer that day. What a great manager and what a wonderful crew. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable about the business and the product!!! I am so very much pleased and impressed with the customer service and management. What a great place and wonderful people. I am sure I will be shopping there again and definitely servicing my car there as well. Thank you Toyota of Nashua, Thank you Nick, thank you soooo very much Rick for making this happen :) More
Went to the dealer a couple weeks ago for a used Toyota Highlander Hybrid that i saw online, before going i called to check to make sure the car was there since i do live about 40 minutes away, they told m Highlander Hybrid that i saw online, before going i called to check to make sure the car was there since i do live about 40 minutes away, they told me that car was sold but they did have a similar one in stock and on the lot a little newer and more options so a little bit more money so they said they could work with me. After getting there i was pounced on before even getting out of my car by the salesperson Nick. We then proceeded to walk around the lot looking for the SUV i called about, needless to say we could not find it, odd. We then hopped in a newer Highlander for thousands more to drive around to the other dealers on the road that they own, we could not find the car but I decided to try and work on the price with them with my trade in. We negotiated a fair price i was happy with, with the agreement that my stereo from my trade in would be placed in my new car after i brought the title in for my used car. After I called a week later with my title in hand i told them i would come in as soon as i could, this is when the bull started. I then got a call saying they could not put my stereo in since the SUV I bought was a limited model with an upgraded sound system specifically for the amps in the car. They must have known this when i bought the car so they should have been upfront since i would have negotiated something else into the deal. When i went to drop the title off I also went for a my free state inspection that came with the car being told by Nick the sales idiot it would only take 15 minutes. The service department then told me expect at least 30-40 minutes which was not what i wanted to hear since i had to be somewhere in a short period of time which i had told Nick on the phone before i went in. Needless to say after 20 minutes my car had still not moved and even begun to start being inspected i threatened to just leave and complain they finally moved the vehicle and quickly did the inspection, Took me over 45 minutes for a supposed 15 minute inspection. These people are very unprofessional and i would never go back to this dealer. they have WAY to many people standing around in shirt and ties doing NOTHING in both the service department and in the sales section. my wife just bought her new scion. we have never experienced a car purchase without being pressured to some extent by a sales person, trying to earn a living on commissions...in most cases this can experienced a car purchase without being pressured to some extent by a sales person, trying to earn a living on commissions...in most cases this can create suspicion and a sense of distrust. it can make for an unpleasant experience, and this is what we expected . the salesperson, josh houde was exactly what we didn't expect. he was very personable ,patient and helpful. best of all there was absolutly no pressure!! we got a great car....at a great price.....and it was a rather pleasant experience. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOYOTA OF NASHUA....THANK YOU JOSH !!! More
This was a long distance deal for me (~170 miles) since no local dealers had the vehicle/options I wanted. Locals quoted for locating the vehicle I wanted but with $1500-$2700 tacked onto pricing from the no local dealers had the vehicle/options I wanted. Locals quoted for locating the vehicle I wanted but with $1500-$2700 tacked onto pricing from the originating dealerships. I worked with ten or twelve local and remote dealerships and found most were typical in being ambiguous about final pricing, trade value, financing rates, etc., etc. even though I had cash and was ready to buy immediately. No dealerships really accomodated me with finalizing details BEFORE I drove for hours to a remote location. Then I contacted the internet folks and the SUV center at Toyota of Nashua. They gave me an upfront, realistic price on the new vehicle, guaranteed my trade in price (and it was reasonable), faxed me completed sales agreements, and confirmed all financing options, all within about an hour by telephone. There were absolutely NO SURPRISES when I arrived at the dealership after a 2.5 hour drive. Everything was exactly as promised and I was treated well. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with the SUV center at Toyota of Nashua. More
Drove from Albany-NY to Nashua for a vehicle i was interested in. Test drove it seems to be in good condition. So did paper work then left back to NY. Before i got home CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. So interested in. Test drove it seems to be in good condition. So did paper work then left back to NY. Before i got home CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. So i called the dealership and told them about it, at first they said there is no warranty on any used vehicle. i was like im returning the car then they decided to fix the car, so drove over to get it fixed got back CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on again. Things didn't work out well and they told me theyre not responsible with it. So they get cars with check engine light on and all they do is switch the light off and sell the car without servicing so that the cost remains to the customer. All cars r JUNKS over there thats why they dont offer warranty and sold as it is on the window sticker. There services are wack, and they r thieves too they sold me a LOW JACK ($850)telling me that it will reduce my insurance (BS), also GAP INSURANCE($850) they told me that i wont pay out of pocket in case of a collision/theft and what about my insurance that i full coverage?? All bull shit then theres a inventory mgr named JACK ASS DANNY who has NO PEOPLE SKILL, NO SALES SKILL, No nothing is a dummie, told me the downpay i made people buy dirtbikes with that kinda money and u said u hv customer service skills? ur just a retard just like ur boss too. That dealership should be closed for conducting false sales and uneducated staff like DANNY(invty mgr) More
I had a bad experience with this Toyota of Nashua's Truck Division last month while shopping for a used 4Runner. Much of what was said to me by the very young salesman, Chris, was so clearly false that it w Division last month while shopping for a used 4Runner. Much of what was said to me by the very young salesman, Chris, was so clearly false that it would be an insult to anyone's intelligence. For example, during a test drive, I wanted to try the 4-wheel drive and I asked Chris if he knew how the shifter worked. First he said "just like a stick shift." When I asked what that meant, he then said that 4WD isn't necessary and I shouldn't ever touch it. He said his father had 4WD and told him to never touch it, so I shouldn't touch it either. And when I asked about a big toggle switch on the dashboard that was clearly installed by a previous owner, he told me "it must be Bluetooth," which doesn't make much sense to me. So, whenever Chris didn't something about the car or the company's policies - which seemed to be a LOT of the time - he would just make something up, mostly nonsense. Instead, I think he should have said, "I don't know, but I'll try to find out for you." I was allowed to take the car to a garage to be checked out, and some problems were found that would cause it to fail inspection. Chris told me that the dealership's service department "worked 24/7" and would fix all the problems "overnight" if I bought the car, contradicting what Mark his manager told us both earlier about the car being sold as-is, with all repairs my responsibility. My impression was that instead of a staff of knowledgeable, straight-talking, professional salespeople, this dealership had a group of mostly very young, unprofessional guys competing with each to close deals using dishonest tactics. The worst part of my experience was being tricked into losing a $50 "refundable deposit." After a test drive, I was suddenly told that the company's other division had a customer interested in the same car, and that if I was interested, I needed to give them a $100 deposit immediately so they could hold it for me. When I was skeptical, Mark the sales manager said not to worry, it would be completely refundable and that they would give me back the check or tear it up if I didn't buy the car. He said they just needed a check in hand to avoid losing the possible sale to the other division, and that even $50 would be fine. But a day or so later, Chris the salesman called to say that if I didn't buy the car, I would lose the deposit, and when I checked my bank account, I saw that the check had been cashed immediately after I gave it to them. So, to summarize, I found the salesman unprofessional and not honest, and it seems the dealership took $50 from me under false pretenses. More
Brought my car in for 4 recall notices and oil change. Dropped off at 7:30AM and at 8PM, services were not completed. Parts were not ordered, I was not notified, wasn't told about services that technician Dropped off at 7:30AM and at 8PM, services were not completed. Parts were not ordered, I was not notified, wasn't told about services that technicians recommended - I found out by looking at the paper I was given. Overall it was a terrible experience. I do acknowledge that I was given a free oil change, but I'd rather pay for the oil change and have an overall good experience and it was anything but good. I would NEVER recommend anyone have their car serviced there OR purchase a car due to my experience. More

The real problems began when the paperwork took over an hour and a half to fill out. They tried to get us to sign everything without ever seeing the actual car (which was delivered to them from a different lot.) We were bounced from room to room and the dealership seemed to be very busy, but there was no sign of management to control the chaos, and I sensed that the paperwork wasn't being handled properly the whole time. Many other customers seemed to be experiencing something similar. After I blew my stack, it seemed they prioritized me as a customer but only after I lost my temper. The fact that I only recieved good service after having a nutty in the showroom didn't scream "customer service oriented" dealership to me. Great car, OK price, below average customer service... More
Wanted to trade my 2003 Rav-4 for a newer model as my car is my office in many ways as a visiting nurse. Went to Toyota Nashua as I had a good experience with the service dept. in the past and where I bough is my office in many ways as a visiting nurse. Went to Toyota Nashua as I had a good experience with the service dept. in the past and where I bought my first Rav-4 was a bit further away. I looked on the internet and immediately received a friendly call from Kay, and on 11/27 my husband and I went just too look. Less then 3 hours later I was on my way home in my 2011 car. This experience was the best I have ever had with buying a new car. Often the excitement of buying a new car was destroyed with the pressures from dealerships on pricing, pressure to purchase options I didn't need, want or could afford, and a far to lengthy process. I drove home in my new car and my husband and I agreed it was the best purchasing experience either of us have had, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Special thanks to Kay and Josh for their projecting a genuine interest in me as a consumer. I have learned in my profession that caring customer service indeed makes an impact and goes a long way. We stopped at Nashua first becaue we had purchased a used vehicle there over a year ago. The original plan was to get their deal and then travel to a few other dealerships to "shop" and make sure that we co vehicle there over a year ago. The original plan was to get their deal and then travel to a few other dealerships to "shop" and make sure that we could get the best deal possible. The combined efforts of Josh and Bob in working the trade-in allowance, and giving us some money for new winter tires that went with the trade-in vehicle, made it unnecessary to go anywhere else. The financing aspect with Andrew was also actually a pleasant experience when presented with the sales pitch for other "add-ons". A very cordial discussion took place and a good practical decision was made for an extended warranty. The total interaction left us with a good feeling. What we thought was going to be the dreaded-sales-manager-being-brought-in-for-the-kill episode actually ended up being an honest, heartfelt, lighthearted, back and forth that had us feeling that they genuinely wanted our business and would literally do almost anything to achieve that. And, when we had to go back to complete some items and have some work done on the SUV they treated us the very same way. They didn't just brush us off as a done-deal and a quota made. This is only the second time in eight car buying experiences over the years that we can honestly say that we had a very good feeling when we left. More
