On June 18 my Solara Convertible was totaled. One of my first calls was to Rich Molloy, my Salesperson. After telling me that they would not use my debit card for a deposit that they would "hold" the paperwork I checked my bank and they did in fact "swipe" my card. I have called three times trying to get my money back. Last time I spoke with Manager who said he had slip in hand for a return and still after 6 days no return. They took it fast enough, not sure why they won't return it. Nothing but lies all around. Bring a video camera with you so you have proof of what they have promised and don't deliver. More
They were willing to work with us to find the car that best met our requirements. We wanted a vehicle that ran on regular gas and was rated for good gas mileage. They gave us a fair amount, just about equal to what the other dealers we had shopped at were offering. for the car we were trading. More
Finance Manager offered us one interest rate. We went in to actually sign for the SUV and Salesperson said it was another rate and that Finance Manager did not offer us first rate. Finance Manager wrote the rate right on the folder and Toyota of Nashua would not honor their promised rate. Already was financing with Toyota so credit was not a problem. We felt if we could not trust them while buying the car what would they do after they got our money. Very disappointed in overall experience. More
I went in looking to trade in my old car for a better used model, but ended up getting a new Toyota Camry for an almost equal price. This is my second Toyota (and the sixth in our immediate family) thro used model, but ended up getting a new Toyota Camry for an almost equal price. This is my second Toyota (and the sixth in our immediate family) through Rich Malloy, and he is extremely helpful. He's willing to spend as much time as you need to figure out which model (if any) is best for you. He's also not pushy and has a friendly demeanor. I also appreciate that you can take the car for a test drive on your own and go where you like, which makes it a more comfortable selection process. I would recommend Toyota of Nashua- and specifically Rich Malloy- to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I bought my 2009 Toyota Camry from Rich Molloy. Our family has purchased seven cars from Toyota of Nashua. Four were new and three were used. We have purchased a sedan, a mini-van and most recently a hybrid. Rich Malloy doesn't try to sell us a car; he tries to match a car to our needs each time. We have never been disappointed with the results. I bought my 2009 Corolla from Rich Molloy. This is the second car I purchased from him and I highly recommend him as a salesman. I called Rich personally to ask him to work with me and he did. I am a tough customer but Rich was personable and pleasant. He makes the car buying experience painless. I am female and Rich treated me like an intelligent person not just someone interested in how many cup holders were in the vehicle. Rich worked openly and honestly in the negotiating process. When we (the manager and I) did not come to agreement on a price I left. Before I arrived home Rich had called. He had gone to bat for me and I got my price. He was genuinely concerned about how I was treated as a customer and he treated me well. I will return to Rich at Toyota of Nashua every time I purchase a car. I refer my friends to him as well. Rich is a great salesman to work with and a genuinely nice man, too. Call Rich, you will be glad you did. More
