I had a post in this spot generally trashing this dealership. I have since been in contact with people there that put in the effort to make sure I was satisfied. I have to give these guys credit fo dealership. I have since been in contact with people there that put in the effort to make sure I was satisfied. I have to give these guys credit for stepping up and dealing with me. While I still think things could have gone better, the people in service, customer relations and management picked up the slack and corrected the issues I had. Things can sometimes go wrong and that is to be expected, what matters is how the dealership responds, and in this case I think they worked hard to set things right, it's just a matter of talking to the right people. I went there and it took about 5 minutes for someone to finally realize I needed held. I got stuck with this shitty salesman named Victor. I was there for a 2010 Toyota Camry and I new what I wanted, and finally realize I needed held. I got stuck with this shitty salesman named Victor. I was there for a 2010 Toyota Camry and I new what I wanted, and he didn't have my color in the LE model that I wanted. So the pain in the ass that salesmen are tried to put me in the color I wanted in the XLE model which was like $8,000 more and I told him that I didn't want it. But he kept on me and I knew I was unable to spend that much. This was my second bad experience with Toyota of Nashua, I love the brand, but not this dealership. They have terrible customer service skills, Victor tried to get into my finances with me to see if he thought I could afford it, I thought this was unprofessional. I will never go to Toyota of Nashua again. GO TO ERNIE BOCH JR, he's atleast $3,000 cheaper than anywhere else. That's where I went. And VICTOR from Toyota of Nashua SUCKS!!! More

As a non-bias, non-prejudice for the consumer / customer individual, I highly suggest / recommend that you stop by at the Toyota of Nashua if you want to get a great deal on a car! I was treated with ab individual, I highly suggest / recommend that you stop by at the Toyota of Nashua if you want to get a great deal on a car! I was treated with absolute fantastic customer service by Richard Molloy and the general manager Jack. They were able with complete efficiency / proficiency to answer all of my questions concerning my selection and purchasing of a new automobile during the 'Cash for Klunker program!' So far my family and I have purchased a Toyota Corolla and a Camry four door Le Sedan from Toyota of Nashua. Excellent reliable cars! I highly recommend / suggest that you to stop by at Toyota of Nashua if considering on purchasing a high quality automobile. You have everything to gain and nothing to loose here! Bob Lessard and Dick Malloy were great!! Bob gave me a very fair price on my new car, and I felt very comfortable dealing with him during the entire process of the initial sale. Dick was the one who was very fair price on my new car, and I felt very comfortable dealing with him during the entire process of the initial sale. Dick was the one who was there for the delivery of my car and went through the paperwork with me (Bob was on vacation). He took the time to go through everything with me, and waited to make sure I understood it all. Thanks!! More
First, Rich Malloy the salesperson was thorough, helpful and professional with the purchase of my new Toyota Prius. He helped me sort through questions I had and always made time. Rich is not at all the ste and professional with the purchase of my new Toyota Prius. He helped me sort through questions I had and always made time. Rich is not at all the stereotype of the car salesman. He wants to be sure you're happy and is more interested in creating a longterm relationship than just making a sale. In the past, he guided me when I needed service with a stubborn, hard to diagnose problem my old Camry developed. Once he arranged a tow when I was in Texas and my car was in a local shop! He coordinated with the shop and helped me greatly. My experiences with the service department have also been superb. I got regular calls and assistance beyond what I expected. I help professionals and small businesses create great patient and client rapport so I have a high benchmark for customer relations. The customer service at Toyota of Nashua has been exceptional. This dealership has earned my business for more than twenty years. It continues to find new ways to go beyond my expectations. In my most recent experience, my son bought a car from Toyota of Nashua. Mo twenty years. It continues to find new ways to go beyond my expectations. In my most recent experience, my son bought a car from Toyota of Nashua. Months later after he had moved 1200 miles away, he had an unexpected problem and was quoted an expensive repair. Although not responsible for the issue, Dick Malloy heard of it, and made contact with a service group near my son and the repair was done for less than $100. That kind of caring, long after a sale is just one of the reasons I keep coming back to this dealership. More
Last weekend, I went to this dealer to buy a new toyota. When it came to negotiate its price The dealer asked the price of their new cars out of range comparing to other toyota dealers. We honestly told the When it came to negotiate its price The dealer asked the price of their new cars out of range comparing to other toyota dealers. We honestly told them that we had shopped around and their price was way too high and it needed to lower down so we can make an offer. The sales manager' behavior was so rude. He spitted out a few wacky jokes to us and walked away. We left that dealer and we directly came to Ira toyota at Denver of Mass. We got a new toyota with a great deal and we were treated in respectful and friendly. More
I do not recommend Toyota of Nashua. As soon as we made I do not recommend Toyota of Nashua. As soon as we made a down payment on a car we ordered (10% of the purchase price!!) they turned awfully unfrien I do not recommend Toyota of Nashua. As soon as we made a down payment on a car we ordered (10% of the purchase price!!) they turned awfully unfriendly (they were too pushy even before). They did not give us a document other than the credit card payment receipt that we actually purchased/ ordered a car. We had to go back to the dealership twice and push them to get a piece of paper that stated that have ordered a car. The manager said he cannot give us a paper describing exact specifications on the car as he does not know exactly what would the specifications be on the car when it actually arrives (apparently it would have been more that what we have ordered - for which we did not have a clear document for!!!). Not transparent! Secondly, after we paid the 10% down-payment they started saying that they are losing money by selling us the car!!! How rude! Did we as consumers force them to sell a car to us? Thirdly, we were told initially that the car we ordered will arrive in a few days. They kept on postponing the arrival date of the car and every time we called about it they said they were losing money by selling the car to us. They kept us waiting for almost 3 weeks. Additionally they did not give us the VIN number of the car that they specifically ordered for us. They did not give us the finance quote number that Toyota Financing offered us even though we kept on asking about it (we later found out it is against Toyota policy withhold finance quotes). We were stuck with them for 3 weeks before they gave us our deposit back as they could not deliver the car. That was the end of our nightmare. Although we had to start our car search all over again, I am really glad we do not have to deal with Toyota of Nashua again. More
We purchased a 2009 Hybrid Highlander. Luckily, (I can say that now) Rich Molloy was the first salesman that approached us. He was easily the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. Absolutely no pre say that now) Rich Molloy was the first salesman that approached us. He was easily the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. Absolutely no pressure, answered all questions; and gave us the pros and cons about the vehicle we told him we were interested in. We drove it the first time and told him that we are at the beginning phase of buying a car and we have many more makes and models to try. After driving the other cars, we came back a couple weeks later to drive the Highlander again. Because Rich knew that we had to drive a bunch of other cars before we were to make up our mind, he never contacted us once in between our visit. Many other salesman hammered us the day after we drove their cars wondering why we weren't buying their car. That meant alot and showed Rich had confidence in the vehicles he was selling. Also, one other thing; Rich allowed us to test drive the car without him riding with us. He was the only salesman that allowed us to do that and again that meant alot. Every car salesman I ever met could learn alot from Rich. I would recommend my own mother to purchase a car from him and I thought I would never say that about a car salesman. A very pleasurable experience. More
