Bought a used Maxima from them.. Didnt want to spend alot of money but wanted to make sure that the car we were purchasing would pass inspection.. I was told the car was "as is" and I was getting a good deal of money but wanted to make sure that the car we were purchasing would pass inspection.. I was told the car was "as is" and I was getting a good deal so take it or leave it.. I told Abdel, why would I buy a car that was a great deal that wouldnt pass inspection and needed work? He was not friendly to the point of being rude... Needless to say the car did NOT pass inspection.. Shocker ha... I called the next day and he said I told you it was as is.. I will be bringing this car back as soon as possible for a full refund of my money and will NEVER do business with them again.. I will NEVER refer anyone or have a good word to say about them.. It is so typical, when we hadnt made the deal they were so accomodating, as soon as they got our money we were non existant.. More
I went there with my dad on a friday night. I said to our salesman that we were browsing and that was going to be "no sale" that night. He was extemely nice to my dad who had nothing to do with my decis our salesman that we were browsing and that was going to be "no sale" that night. He was extemely nice to my dad who had nothing to do with my decision and was there just for size. We were trying to narrow down our search for the next day, Saturday, when my husband was going to be making the final decision since he was going to be the one driving this car. I brought my husband back on Saturday around 2, Kevin MacNamara met us, and he did everything right. We had then continued to shop at other dealerships. We came back to toyota of Nashua with intent to buy if they could meet our needs. They met our needs!! Price, attention, and product! Eventually, we get to the point where we are meeting the Sales manager, Robert Marcoux. Well, he made a normally stressful situation extremely enjoyable! This guy was so down to earth, real and we actually left there feeling GOOD about our purchase and as funny as it sounds...wanting to hang out with them!! We will absolutely, if possible do all our business with Robert Marcoux and Toyota of Nashua. We will reccomnend them to all our friends. Although Robert Marcoux closed the deal...Kevin Mac started it!! Way to go Toyota of Nashua and we WILL BE BACK!!!!!! Oh and one more detail...even after they had sold us the car..they continued to sell us the car..paying the same amount of attention to us after the deal was done...oh and did I mention it was two hours after they had closed and never once did they make us feel like we were holding them up!!! Just Awesome.... More
We went into the dealership because we owned a Matrix but it just wasn't big enough. We had a RAV-4 in mind walking into the dealership. While looking around, we saw a few sales people, approached by two- ap it just wasn't big enough. We had a RAV-4 in mind walking into the dealership. While looking around, we saw a few sales people, approached by two- apparently they didn't want to hear "we're just looking" and they kept walking; nice because these guys looked like the typical salesmen and I personally didn't want to deal with them. A few minutes later Kay shows up smiling and friendly. My Dad was with us and he is NOT an easy customer; but she stayed with us and was patient as we perused the RAVs. We spoke to Tony who I thought was the typical "let me sell you something you really don't need" guy (BAD experience with this kind of guy in IRA of Manchester) but he ended up not only having a sense of humor but got us to buy a LoJack. I have to mention...at one point Kay got up to get some paperwork, another salesperson came over and sat at her desk looking for something. Although we were already there, he just said a quick "how ya doin" and then ignored us! Seriously, like we weren't even there! I was thinking “who the hell is THIS guy”? Another note, we took a walk outside (we were there for 3 hours collectively) and were approached by 3 salesmen. Once we said we were helped- we were snubbed, seriously- they made us feel like crap. My Mom was also with us, and I really wanted to punch the guy who made my Mom feel bad! Although Tony was a good guy; if it wasn't for Kay, we would NOT have bought our vehicle that day. This is my 3rd bad experience with salespeople at Toyota of Nashua- I have also had bad experiences with the service desk guys in the past. We (my family) have bought 7 Toyotas through the years though Toyota of Nashua. Love the cars, so I'm willing to look past those other salespeople this time; but those salespeople (besides Kay) have got a lot to learn about CUSTOMER service! More

I bought a 2010 Toyota RAV-4 on my birthday, March 5th. When I first woke up that a.m. I knew what my day would be like and quite frankly got a pit in my stomach thinking I was going to have to barter back When I first woke up that a.m. I knew what my day would be like and quite frankly got a pit in my stomach thinking I was going to have to barter back and forth all day. I was not looking forward to the endeavor ahead of me but knew I needed a new car. I was at the Toyota, Nashua dealership by 10:30 am. I was walking in thinking "just jump into it and see what happens". I was immediately greeted by Ben LeBlanc. A very nice eye to eye contact with a sincere good morning. Not too pushy, etc. He introduced himself and he listened to every word "exactly"... I wanted to see 2 Rav4's one basic and one limited. Within 10 minutes he had the basic pulled up and ready to go and once I was done with that one, he immediately had me in the Limited just like I wanted. He didn't try to cut any corners for himself, he didn't try to push me into one or the other which because of this he still had my attention. Within less than an hour I was asking where do I signed. I was so pleasantly surprised at the price of the vehicle and the trade in offer. I was not insulted by there offers, I was not pushed or brainwashed one way or another. I have a dealership one mile away from my home address and I have walked away 3 times. How is it that Toyota, Nashua was able to keep my attention and within an hour have me in the car I wanted, in the price range I wanted and on top of all that feeling of being very happy and very "comfortable" with my decision - hello am I dreaming!!!!. I couldn't believe that I was having such a pleasant experience. I was convinced that something was coming around the corner but it never did. Ben stayed with me to assure every additional step I took and answered every question I had in a very non-intimidating manner which was exactly what I was looking for. I was then introduced to Jerry Gannon, the finance manager and again the process was short and sweet and no feeling of being pushed into anything. I came to work this morning and I have already told 20 people I work with my pleasant experience and how impressed I was. A good thing always goes a long way and your dealership and the attitude they offer to people is "exactly" how to sell cars in such a tough economy. Kudos to Ben Leblanc!!! Ben don't change your great selling tactics - you're on to something for sure. I willl share your name and the name of Toyota, Nashua to many and for many months to come. I hope to send customers your way as I would like others to experience my "pleasant", relaxing and comfortable experience!!!! I am still very happy and I have no regrets. The Rav4 is exactly, exactly what I wanted, color, bells and whistles which doesn't always happen when purchasing a vehicle. More
I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla S from this dealership. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by my salesperson Ben Leblanc who immediately addressed my needs for a new vehicle. Every question dealership. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by my salesperson Ben Leblanc who immediately addressed my needs for a new vehicle. Every question I asked he had all of the information on from the Bluetooth to all of the vehicle specifications which was surprising to us being that we were at the Truck Center. Ben also informed us that he was new and was a mechanic previous to working at Toyota, so he was able to answer all of our mechanical and service related questions very easily. Ben found out all of the options I was looking for in a vehicle and got the car promptly for us. We sat down for negotiations and he informed us of all the rebates we were eligible for and even one that we did not know about being a college graduate rebate. Ben then went to his manager and got us a very fair price for the said vehicle without any "typical dealer back and forth gimmicks". Ben also informed us of how all of the paperwork and registration were obtained as well as all of the warranty and Toyota credit card options available to us. We then sat down with our finance manager who was very quick and helpful. By the time we left the finance manager Ben had our paperwork ready and we quickly went through that portion of the sale. Ben then brought us to the car showed us all of the options and where we would get our parts and service needs taken care of. After that we were on our way with our new car which we love. Ben called us the next day with his information and phone number if we had any issues or concerns to call him. If you are buying new or used I would strongly recommend going to the truck center and seeing Ben or calling him at the dealership. Overall the whole staff was very kind and considerate of our time and needs I would strongly recommend Ben and Toyota of Nashua to anyone shopping for a vehicle. More
We dealt with Toyota of Nashua's Truck Center as we were looking for a new small pickup. We went to many dealerships looking at Ford, Chevy and Nissan also. We took several weeks in January to do this and v looking for a new small pickup. We went to many dealerships looking at Ford, Chevy and Nissan also. We took several weeks in January to do this and visited Nashua Toyota 3 times during this period - once to just look at the vehicles, once to test drive and then back again for their offer on our trade. Ryan was very pleasant and helpful every time, cheerfully answering all of our questions on the vehicle, despite it being bitterly cold on 2 of the 3 visits. After our test drive we did talk preliminary figures but we did not have our trade with us. We had done alot of on-line research on the pricing of the Tacoma and they offered us a price that was "great" according to TrueCar and Edmunds, as well as a decent financing rate. When we brought our trade back the next week they offered us much more for our trade than any other Toyota dealer had, matching the offer they knew we had received from a Nissan dealer. Despite these very good figures we were not in a hurry to buy the vehicle as we wanted to see if Presidents Day would bring any additional incentives. They told us they didn't expect any new incentives but they respected our choice to wait and didn't pressure us at all or harass us with any phone calls or emails. During this 2-3 week time period we had gone to two other Toyota dealers. One was nowhere near close on the trade but before we could go back to get into figures with them we were constantly bombarded with emails telling us how wonderful their dealership was. After repeatedly asking them to stop via email and also with a phone call to the manager, the emails kept coming, so we ended all dealings with them. Which is too bad for the salesman as he was someone we'd bought from in the past at other dealerships. The other Toyota dealership wasn't close on the price or the trade or the financing. They emailed us occassionally, the last time offering to take $1000 off the price if we could close the deal on Sunday 1/31. What we didn't know at the time was that Toyota had just come out with $1000 rebate on the vehicle that weekend - which was not mentioned in their offer at all! Ryan from Nashua Toyota sent us an email informing us of the rebate & that it would be off the price that they had already given us, which was already the best price and the best trade-in we'd received, so we immediately put a deposit down. They didn't have the exact truck we were looking for on their lot but they immediately located one. We went down a few days later to seal the deal which went very well. Jerry went over all the financing and addtional offers with us. Some we took advantage of, others we declined and there was no pressure to sell them to us. He also was able to get us an even better finance rate than originally presented. Ryan went over the vehicle and everything about it with us. Showed us all around the dealership & service areas. All of this took longer than we expected but they were very thorough and pleasant. All in all it was easily the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Obviously Toyota is having some problems lately, but most of our experience with the dealership took place before all the recalls started piling up, so we don't feel they treated us so well out of desperation to sell a vehicle. Whether they just read us right and knew our hot buttons were the trade offer & that we would not appreciate being hassled or having to haggle over a price, or if this is the way they treat all their customers, we don't know, but we feel we were treated very well and fairly and we have nothing bad to say about the experience. Hopefully any service issues go as well in the future. We would certainly recommend Toyota of Nashua to anyone. More
Firstly, the internet Sales Admin (Donna Drakoulakos) was very good at giving all the details I needed. She gave everything I asked for including the final ON-ROAD price which I could not get from a couple o very good at giving all the details I needed. She gave everything I asked for including the final ON-ROAD price which I could not get from a couple of other Toyota dealers. All her responses to my emails were very prompt and her answers were to the point. I pretty much had made the decision to buy the car after I got the final quote including all charges. Secondly my experience at the dealership was very good too. Rich Malloy was the designated sales person. He cleared all the doubts I had and gave me a clear picture of what I was going to get. I took the quote I got from Donna and they were happy to give me that price. In my opinion, you cant ask for much more. Usually when you walk into a dealership you find that the final price is hundreds of dollars more that what you got as a quote via email. More
I took my wife for a second visit to this dealer. We were greated to 3-4 salesmen smoking just outside the main door. The guy that helped us didn't want to b/c he was helping out Julia who wasn't there were greated to 3-4 salesmen smoking just outside the main door. The guy that helped us didn't want to b/c he was helping out Julia who wasn't there and he knew we weren't going buy a car that night. He insisted to call Julia since we had worked with her before, so while she is telling me she already left for the day and had a car full of groceries and she can't make it, this other salesmen misses a call. After he gets back with a key I let him know and he cusses in front of us and unlocks the car and leaves us (which in a way was nice). He then disappears and cannot be found. We are ready to move on to another model and we cannot find this guy. Eventually we give up and go to the manager and he pulls out all the keys at once for the cars we want to look and and lets us make our comparison in a timely matter. We'll never go back here due to the lack of professionalism of the sales staff. More
The salesperson named Rudy was not quite friendly. He is a typical "car salesman" that I didn't want to deal with. He asked if I am ready to buy a car that day and when I said I was only researching he imme a typical "car salesman" that I didn't want to deal with. He asked if I am ready to buy a car that day and when I said I was only researching he immediately lost interest. I said he will be back since he needs to find a demo car for test drive and never showed up. When I asked other sales associates, none of them were quite ready to help me. If a new customer gets this kind of treatment I am wondering how they make any business. Also I heard their service is also pretty bad and deceptive. More
