Our family has purchased seven cars from Toyota of Nashua. Four were new and three were used. We have purchased a sedan, a mini-van and most recently a hybrid. We would not go anywhere else to buy Nashua. Four were new and three were used. We have purchased a sedan, a mini-van and most recently a hybrid. We would not go anywhere else to buy a car. Rich Malloy doesn't try to sell us a car; he tries to match a car to our needs each time. We have never been disappointed with the results. I recommend the dealership and Rich Malloy, in particular, to anyone who is buying a car. More
I bought my 2009 Corolla from Rich Molloy. This is the second car I purchased from him and I highly recommend him as a salesman. I called Rich personally to ask him to work with me and he did. I am a toug second car I purchased from him and I highly recommend him as a salesman. I called Rich personally to ask him to work with me and he did. I am a tough customer but Rich was personable and pleasant. He makes the car buying experience painless. I am female and Rich treated me like an intelligent person not just someone interested in how many cup holders were in the vehicle. Rich worked openly and honestly in the negotiating process. When we (the manager and I) did not come to agreement on a price I left. Before I arrived home Rich had called. He had gone to bat for me and I got my price. He was genuinely concerned about how I was treated as a customer and he treated me well. I will return to Rich at Toyota of Nashua every time I purchase a car. I refer my friends to him as well. Rich is a great salesman to work with and a genuinely nice man, too. Call Rich, you will be glad you did. More
Bought '09 Toyota Camry in Feb09, Toyota Nashua. Liked the people and also how the whole system works. The first call to this dealership, got the answer right away, no need to be "transferred" to any othe the people and also how the whole system works. The first call to this dealership, got the answer right away, no need to be "transferred" to any other salesperson but one person. She who answered the phone knew exactly the number of car physically were in the lot, right down to the colors that were available. They are honest and professional. Price as discussed on the phone more importantly, as advertised. I'd certainly buy another car from them. Don't waste time with other dealers w/their lies and false ads. I had wasted 1.5hrs w/ other dealers before getting to Toyota Nashua. Yet, it was worth 1 hour drive to Toyota Nashua for their honesty and professionalism. Yes,Five Stars! More
Watch out for their slight-of-hand tactics. Promises made and not kept. Even with Toyota and Scion's quality I think you should find another dealership to buy from. Plan on never using them to service made and not kept. Even with Toyota and Scion's quality I think you should find another dealership to buy from. Plan on never using them to service the car. Not worth the risk. Sorry I did not buy from Acton Toyota. More
Ok, got a price quote via e-mail, drove over an hour to buy new 4Runner, sit at desk with some 20 yr old salesgirl and pull out my checkbook. Low and behold, salesgirl comes back and tells me that the buy new 4Runner, sit at desk with some 20 yr old salesgirl and pull out my checkbook. Low and behold, salesgirl comes back and tells me that the correct price is about $4,000 MORE than my quote. I ask if they are going to honor my printed e-mail quote and they said no! Checkbook goes back in pocket, hour drive back home, letter sent to owner and no response, figures! How these people stay in business, especially nowadays, is mind boggling. More
Excellent service from Roy Molloy on Camry Hybrid order (with costco prices), honest, friendly, and open. Responded to our emails next day. Gave top price for trade-in. Showed price as agreed with costco, (with costco prices), honest, friendly, and open. Responded to our emails next day. Gave top price for trade-in. Showed price as agreed with costco, deposit was small. We changed our mind after riding with friends for a few hours in similar car, refund was prompt. More
Tried to buy a Camry and was lied to by Mike. He gave us a price over the phone and after making us drive for 1.5 hours he said that the car was not available and to get a different one was MORE money. Very a price over the phone and after making us drive for 1.5 hours he said that the car was not available and to get a different one was MORE money. Very dishonest. Do not deal with this dealership. I have heard nothing but horror stories about them. More
I like how you can take out all the cars you want to test drive without having the salesman sitting in one telling you where to go. When the salesman put the dealer plates on the car I asked him where he wan drive without having the salesman sitting in one telling you where to go. When the salesman put the dealer plates on the car I asked him where he wanted to sit and he said we go it alone. Not too many places do that. You can get a better feel for the car that way. The salesman was extremely professional and absolutely not pushy. We were quickly able to negotiate a fair price. The finance manager was also not pushy, just explaining what's available. Got a very good interest rate. More
I purchased a 2008 Prius from Toyota of Nashua. I went through Costco's auto buying program, and the sales person I worked with - John McGuire - was a decent, low-pressure guy. I came to Toyota of Nash through Costco's auto buying program, and the sales person I worked with - John McGuire - was a decent, low-pressure guy. I came to Toyota of Nashua because the Costco program referred me to them specifically (I live in Mass, and there were many dealers closer that also had cars on the lot I would have been interested in). I called the dealer, set up an appointment, showed up on a Friday. The sales person I was scheduled with handed me off to John; turns out to be fine since the original guy seemed sketchy. We walked out to see the 2 Priuses on the lot, saw the one I wanted, headed in to talk price. We sat down, John brought me the Costco price sheet, I reviewed all the numbers & options on the car, and agreed to the deal. No back & forth. After we filled everything out & I gave my downpayment check, I spoke briefly with the finance guy. He talked extended warranties, and also to his credit, really didn't pressure me to buy one (I decided not to in the end). After getting it registered in Mass, I came back to the dealer the next day & picked up my car after John sat with us & showed us all the Prius features/controls. Great experience overall, and I got a reasonable price on the car. I think working with John & through the Costco program made all the difference. More
Javel was knowledgeable about the car, and very pleasant to deal with. Everything went well until we were ready to talk price. Then we had to get into that whole "good cop/bad cop" thing, where the sales pe to deal with. Everything went well until we were ready to talk price. Then we had to get into that whole "good cop/bad cop" thing, where the sales person tells you that his mean manager just won't go any lower, and then he somehow manages to talk the manager into lowering the price "just for us". I find this whole process very annoying. Why can't they just tell me their best price right up front, instead of playing all these stupid games?? Anyway, after an hour of dickering, we finally agreed on a price, but my husband wanted 24 hours to review the details before we signed the papers. We left there with a note in Javel's handwriting, stating that the price was good until the end of the month. Javel told us that he was going on vacation, but that his manager had agreed to this price. When we called the next day to make the final commitment, the sales manager refused to honor the price we'd been given. We explained that Javel had gotten this price approved and that we'd been promised that the price was good until the end of the month. The sales manager got all huffy and said that there was no way he would sell it for that price. We ended up at ActonToyota.com, where we had a great sales experience. Got exactly the car we wanted for exactly what we wanted to pay, and NO HASSLES! More
