I do not recommend Toyota of Nashua. As soon as we made I do not recommend Toyota of Nashua. As soon as we made a down payment on a car we ordered (10% of the purchase price!!) they turned awfully unfrien I do not recommend Toyota of Nashua. As soon as we made a down payment on a car we ordered (10% of the purchase price!!) they turned awfully unfriendly (they were too pushy even before). They did not give us a document other than the credit card payment receipt that we actually purchased/ ordered a car. We had to go back to the dealership twice and push them to get a piece of paper that stated that have ordered a car. The manager said he cannot give us a paper describing exact specifications on the car as he does not know exactly what would the specifications be on the car when it actually arrives (apparently it would have been more that what we have ordered - for which we did not have a clear document for!!!). Not transparent! Secondly, after we paid the 10% down-payment they started saying that they are losing money by selling us the car!!! How rude! Did we as consumers force them to sell a car to us? Thirdly, we were told initially that the car we ordered will arrive in a few days. They kept on postponing the arrival date of the car and every time we called about it they said they were losing money by selling the car to us. They kept us waiting for almost 3 weeks. Additionally they did not give us the VIN number of the car that they specifically ordered for us. They did not give us the finance quote number that Toyota Financing offered us even though we kept on asking about it (we later found out it is against Toyota policy withhold finance quotes). We were stuck with them for 3 weeks before they gave us our deposit back as they could not deliver the car. That was the end of our nightmare. Although we had to start our car search all over again, I am really glad we do not have to deal with Toyota of Nashua again. More
We purchased a 2009 Hybrid Highlander. Luckily, (I can say that now) Rich Molloy was the first salesman that approached us. He was easily the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. Absolutely no pre say that now) Rich Molloy was the first salesman that approached us. He was easily the best car salesman we have ever dealt with. Absolutely no pressure, answered all questions; and gave us the pros and cons about the vehicle we told him we were interested in. We drove it the first time and told him that we are at the beginning phase of buying a car and we have many more makes and models to try. After driving the other cars, we came back a couple weeks later to drive the Highlander again. Because Rich knew that we had to drive a bunch of other cars before we were to make up our mind, he never contacted us once in between our visit. Many other salesman hammered us the day after we drove their cars wondering why we weren't buying their car. That meant alot and showed Rich had confidence in the vehicles he was selling. Also, one other thing; Rich allowed us to test drive the car without him riding with us. He was the only salesman that allowed us to do that and again that meant alot. Every car salesman I ever met could learn alot from Rich. I would recommend my own mother to purchase a car from him and I thought I would never say that about a car salesman. A very pleasurable experience. More
Salesman had a good working knowledge of the car models he sold. He had a good grasp of how to make purchasing a car an easy, but informed decision. We were not rushed or delayed. He never pressured us. he sold. He had a good grasp of how to make purchasing a car an easy, but informed decision. We were not rushed or delayed. He never pressured us. On June 18 my Solara Convertible was totaled. One of my first calls was to Rich Molloy, my Salesperson. He immediately was on the lookout for my replacement car - the big problem the Solara Convertible in first calls was to Rich Molloy, my Salesperson. He immediately was on the lookout for my replacement car - the big problem the Solara Convertible in 2009 is now a Lexus. My choices would be 206, 2007 or 2008 -- he found me the perfect car and I pick it up tonight (July 7) - Rich - you are 'my hero' -- Thanks More
After telling me that they would not use my debit card for a deposit that they would "hold" the paperwork I checked my bank and they did in fact "swipe" my card. I have called three times trying to get m for a deposit that they would "hold" the paperwork I checked my bank and they did in fact "swipe" my card. I have called three times trying to get my money back. Last time I spoke with Manager who said he had slip in hand for a return and still after 6 days no return. They took it fast enough, not sure why they won't return it. Nothing but lies all around. Bring a video camera with you so you have proof of what they have promised and don't deliver. More
They were willing to work with us to find the car that best met our requirements. We wanted a vehicle that ran on regular gas and was rated for good gas mileage. We originally looked at the Venza, but d best met our requirements. We wanted a vehicle that ran on regular gas and was rated for good gas mileage. We originally looked at the Venza, but decided that a hybrid would be better. Rich was able to set up a test drive and answer all our questions about the hybrid. They gave us a fair amount, just about equal to what the other dealers we had shopped at were offering. for the car we were trading. More
Finance Manager offered us one interest rate. We went in to actually sign for the SUV and Salesperson said it was another rate and that Finance Manager did not offer us first rate. Finance Manager wrote th to actually sign for the SUV and Salesperson said it was another rate and that Finance Manager did not offer us first rate. Finance Manager wrote the rate right on the folder and Toyota of Nashua would not honor their promised rate. Already was financing with Toyota so credit was not a problem. We felt if we could not trust them while buying the car what would they do after they got our money. Very disappointed in overall experience. More
I went in looking to trade in my old car for a better used model, but ended up getting a new Toyota Camry for an almost equal price. This is my second Toyota (and the sixth in our immediate family) thro used model, but ended up getting a new Toyota Camry for an almost equal price. This is my second Toyota (and the sixth in our immediate family) through Rich Malloy, and he is extremely helpful. He's willing to spend as much time as you need to figure out which model (if any) is best for you. He's also not pushy and has a friendly demeanor. I also appreciate that you can take the car for a test drive on your own and go where you like, which makes it a more comfortable selection process. I would recommend Toyota of Nashua- and specifically Rich Malloy- to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I bought my 2009 Toyota Camry from Rich Molloy. I have always driven SUV's, so the switch to a car was a big move for me, but Rich ensured me that I was making the right decision and educated me on the pl always driven SUV's, so the switch to a car was a big move for me, but Rich ensured me that I was making the right decision and educated me on the pluses and minuses.
