The sales team at Toyota of Nashua is top rate. Sales Rep Jason Stefanski stands out and should be recognized for his professionalism and ability to make the impossible possible. My personal inexperience wit Jason Stefanski stands out and should be recognized for his professionalism and ability to make the impossible possible. My personal inexperience with buying a car made the car buying experience stressful and required hard work on his behalf. Jason's professionalism made the experience and process much easier to endure. As a military member, it is comforting to know that there are good people in this country like Jason Stefanski who are worth fighting for. Because Jason went the extra mile to remedy my stupidity and inexperience, I recommend Toyota of Nashua to anyone. He conducted himself with the utmost level of professionalism, integrity and has the customer's best interest in mind. Thank you Jason and everyone at Toyota of Nashua! More
I went in to buy my 2nd Prius (3rd generation) 2012 model. Only option i wanted in new Car was VIP RS 3200 (security system). When we settled on the Price, I was told VIP RS 3200 (security system) model. Only option i wanted in new Car was VIP RS 3200 (security system). When we settled on the Price, I was told VIP RS 3200 (security system) will be included and it is ok with the price negotiated. After 2 days, I got a call that, feature will cost me $300+, when told it was agreed upon, they said will get back. Next day I was told point blank, this feature cannot be installed on Prius. I called Toyota(manfacturer) customer service and they confirmed that VIP RS 3200 is NOT factory installed feature and can be installed anytime. It appears that dealer is turning back on their commitment and trying to give false information by saying that -- Option (VIP RS3200) which Toyota(Maufacturer) clearly say is installable, but dealer says it cannot be installed on Prius. It appears this dealership knows more about Prius than the Toyota manufacturer. More
My call was from a website vehicle search. Krista was knowledgable and help with all my questions. I call to see the Sienna, it was ready in the lot on my arrival. Kevin took over, gave me additional inf knowledgable and help with all my questions. I call to see the Sienna, it was ready in the lot on my arrival. Kevin took over, gave me additional information, showed the van and we took it for a test ride. The Sienna was exactly as advertised on website, the customer service was excellent, and the sale was completed. I past at least 2 other Toyota Dealerships and would do it again for the overall customer satisfaction. I left that day with the Sienna, with the exact options and color my wife wanted. The entire staff was pleasant and easy to work. More

My 16 yr old daughter ran out of gas in our 2002 Prius, panicked and wound up having AAA tow the car to Toyota of Nashua. I didn't know that the problem was no gas and figured that as long as they were loo panicked and wound up having AAA tow the car to Toyota of Nashua. I didn't know that the problem was no gas and figured that as long as they were looking at the car, we would have the oil changed and the tires rotated. Toyota of Nashua charged me $184 to change the oil, replace the wiper blades, rotate the tires and to tell me that my daughter ran out of gas. I could not understand how it took an hour and a half labor to do this work, and complained to the service rep about this. She said that he did "extensive" work to diagnose the problem, including computer diagnostics, and that the oil change required a certain amount of labor. More
I've been having my 2002 4-Runner serviced at Toyota of Nashua since I moved here from Colorado in 2004. My service specialist, Jeff Kelley, has always been great to work with. I find that they don't pus Nashua since I moved here from Colorado in 2004. My service specialist, Jeff Kelley, has always been great to work with. I find that they don't push you into service that you don't need. I now have close to 200k miles on my truck and I hope to get another 200. More
We came to Jason to buy a used Toyota Corolla with low mileage. Off the bat, he offered us the best deal we could find. We waited a few days before we took him up on the offer and in that time the car we mileage. Off the bat, he offered us the best deal we could find. We waited a few days before we took him up on the offer and in that time the car we wanted was gone. Jason and the Toyota of Nashua team went above and beyond to get a car to sell to us that matched the criteria we were looking for. I am very wary of working with aggressive salesmen, so I was exceptionally impressed by the service we got at Toyota of Nashua. They worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I have been driving the car for a few months now and I am so happy. I would definitely recommend giving Jason a call if you're looking for a new or used car. More

first off i went there for my toyota care oil change and tire rotation on a new vehicle at 5000 miles.. they changed my oil and filter. at least i think they did although they didnt show it on toyotas websi tire rotation on a new vehicle at 5000 miles.. they changed my oil and filter. at least i think they did although they didnt show it on toyotas website as work done by dealer it says no work done. they did not rotate my tires as prescribed by toyota. i just assumed they did. the only thing that shows on the toyota customer care site is they ordered a visor clip which i was never called about to have fixed. so who knows if my oil was in fact changed?? second....i e mailed the service dept about two problems i had with my vehicle and got absolutely no reply whatsoever from them. so i changed dealers ...end of story. new dealership takes care of all my issues from now on. dont go here for service if you expect it done or to be communicated with in a reasonable time...end of rant i have to say i had a great buying experience at this dealership... but service? like wow see ya ! I was warned by a friend of their lackluster customer service in the Service Department. Well, needless to say, I had an awful experience with them. My 2011 Highlander makes an awful drive train whine no service in the Service Department. Well, needless to say, I had an awful experience with them. My 2011 Highlander makes an awful drive train whine noise that they say is "characteristic of Toyotas". Well, it is a horrible, unnecessary characteristic of Toyotas. They are useless and uneducated on what they are doing. I had a $3k part put into my Highlander, only to find out, IT DIDN'T NEED THAT PART. They try to blame anything wrong with your vehicle on the driver. My one year old Highlander needed new tires, but that was my fault because I had a plug in ONE tire. How does this make any sense? They need to educate their service department. They need better customer service, AND they need to clean their loaner cars (I got one full of dog hair). I was NOT happy with lack of assistance by the Service Dept. Manager Dana Booth, again, useless. I was not happy with the condescending manner in which I was spoken to by the Corporate Field Tech, Ted, and I was not happy with the outcome of my car's problem. The only good thing that came out of this was my fight for four new tires (which I got). They say it was a "good will gesture", I say it was Toyotas obligation since four tires should not be losing tread at 13K miles!!!! More
