Nick Nisotakis was very helpful in finding a car that suited me. I purchased a new Rav4 and I really love it. My dog fits in it perectly, I have plenty o room or my horse equiptment, and I am confident t suited me. I purchased a new Rav4 and I really love it. A co-worker recommended Nick to me, when I contacted him he was very nice and extremely helpful on the phone, he somehow managed to make me feel confident enough to go down to the dealership by myself, once I met up with Nick I felt totally comfortable, he is very personable and so easy to be around. I had in mind exactly what I wanted for a monthly payment and thought I would walk out of there with some old car to just to get by. But Nick was able to get me my beautiful 2010 Toyota Camry, with an even better payment plan than I figured, he even took the time to speak with my insurance agent to make sure my payments would be what I can afford. I am very pleased with Toyota of Nashua everyone was extremely friendly especially Nick, he is very knowledgeable not only with cars but with financing information. I find him to be very honest and helpful he had so much patient with me, I changed my mind so many times but it didn't seem to make him upset, I didn't feel pressured at all and he even followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my decision. I got an excellent trade in value for my Jeep and a very affordable monthly rate on my new 2011 RAV-4. Since I am a Massachusetts resident, Nick was even so nice to deliver my new RAV-4 straight to my door once my registration process was taken care of! My experience at Toyota of Nashua was AMAZING! This was my 3rd car bought from the dealer! It was so easy! Josh took care of every detail and communicated with me throughout the whole process! For several months my wife and I had been looking around for a slightly used Camry, perhaps a year or two old. We ended up a at Toyota of Nashua and were greeted by a very friendly, professional, knowledga for a slightly used Camry, perhaps a year or two old. We ended up a at Toyota of Nashua and were greeted by a very friendly, professional, knowledgable salesman named Nick. We looked around the lot, not many slightly used Camrys to be found so we test drove a brand new 2011 Camry. We liked the car and decided to talk pricing. Its a game, we all know and expect that. Given the incentives and 0% financing for new cars we negotiated seriously and ended up with what we considered a "fair price." We mad a deal and the follow up was easy, swift, and professional; they even delivered the car to us in Lowell. Nick followed up on several ocassions to see if things were ok and if we were satisfied. The only problem I had was that the adhesive around the windsreen for the sunroof was not holding and became quite noisy. The dealership got me the morning I called about it, re-applied the adhesive and seems to have fixed it. It was painless and quick. Overall it was a positive experience. Nick was helpful and courteous; I'd go back to him for future purchases. More

He said great come back when we dicide and shop around. WOW! NO PRESSURE! We went back and test drove two more times on two different days. He stil had the patience of Jobe. I called around, searched the web, and could not find a better deal. We bought and are very happy. Thanks Danny! More
Brought my 99 4Runner in for the engine light being on in mid July. Quote to fix was around $600.00. I asked that the entire vehicle be inspected to see if any other repairs would be needed in order to pas mid July. Quote to fix was around $600.00. I asked that the entire vehicle be inspected to see if any other repairs would be needed in order to pass inspection in August as it's an 11 year old truck and if the repair bill was too high I would not have it repaired but simply bought a new one. I received a call after dropping off that there were no other issues and it should pass with no problems. Based on that informaton I allowed them to do the engine light repair as well as an additional $600 or so for the 120K mile service. Jump ahead to August 29th. I drop my vehicle off for state inspection at 7:30. By 8:30 they have informed me that my truck needs $4,400 worth of repairs and $2,668.00 worth of repairs just to pass inspection. I speak to the service manager as I am now furious that only 6 or 7 weeks have gone by since I had the truck looked over by them and was assured there were no issues to prevent inspection. I end up taking the truck to another garage along wth the estimate of the issues and ask them to verify that these items that need to be fixed. I receive a call from the new auto place that they checked everything on the list and there were only two items that needed repair...the windshield wiper blades and the muffler. His price was $220.00 for the muffler, wiper blades, emission test and inspection. Below is Toyota's breakdown. State inspection - 14.95 Emissions test - 29.95 Muffler Replacement - 852.66 Steering Rack - 1241.75 Sway Bar link - 444.00 Sway Bar Bushings - 71.32 Wiper Blades - 59.20 Clutch Assembly - 1136.43 Fly Wheel - 465.01 Alighment - 79.95 Shop Charges - 18.95 BUYER BEWARE I have documentation to back up all that I have reported to above. I called law enforcement, they are thieves and I can prove it. Toyota of Nashua, specifically salesperson Jason Stefanski, who assured me profusely that I would be able to get my deposit $500 back if prove it. Toyota of Nashua, specifically salesperson Jason Stefanski, who assured me profusely that I would be able to get my deposit $500 back if I opted not to buy the car will not give me my $500 deposit back. "We do not make a living by stealing deposits" were his exact words. Well here we are 30 days after the "no sale" (I found a better deal elsewhere) and no check refund! After two calls to the dealership I am told that I am the one with the problem and I am the one lying.. seriously the mgr John something or other called me a "liar". I called law enforcement to report the theft and was told that it was a civil matter. Really, so now I have to go bring Toyota of Nashua to civil court to get my 500 bucks back and before you ask yes I have the check receipt and the cancelled check draft from the bank showing clearly that they cashed my check promptly. To me that is theft. Do not trust this dealership or Jason Stefanski. EDIT _ Within 4 hours of my posting this truthful review Toyota of Nashua was in contact with me and requested I bring a copy of my cancelled check to the dealership. I had a copy and went down immediately. I met Bob Draper who told me that ToN had a business policy and they had to stick to it. I was a bit confused by this but he was handing me a $500 check so I overlooked the opportunity to crucify the "business policy" that would allow him to feel justified in keeping my deposit for 15 days. I gave Toyota of Nashua a deposit on July 7th, requested a refund July 8th, they then deposited my check on July 11th (instead of just handing it back to me on the 8th), and then made me wait until the 25th for a refund.. they wanted to make me wait until the 29th but I wrote this review... so they overlooked the "business policy" that was stopping them from refunding me.
