I was told one price and told the other the next day. The sales person and the manger that handled my purchased used some very clever sales gimmicks to avoid going in to detail with the payments and final price of the car until we came to get the car. I have not heard anything from Mike or anyone from the company after a few weeks about my driving experience. I feel that I was taken advantages of from the dealership because the details were not properly explained to me in orderly fashion. I felt that I was rushed. Mike did show me the parts department to get our free umbrellas and plastic key chain. I had to find out myself where the service department is at. At least someone there know how to treat customers there. Mike didn’t review the maintenance book with me. All he did was handed me a folder at the end of the visit and said here is your maintenance book that goes with the car. The manager that played tag team who worked me in buying the car said he did care of I go anywhere else. I work in sales myself and I thought the number one rule is to ever refer customer to go else where to buy anything except you. I would never recommend anyone any after this horrible experience at Toyota of Nashua. I was recommended here by my family to buy at your dealership instead of Ira Toyota in Manchester because they had bought two other cars previously with you and thought you were okay. When we left there we were all thinking that this is the worst car buying experience ever. We would tell our friend how I got screw by you guys. Thank you for screwing me Toyota of Nashua. More
My girlfriend needed a used car. We went to Toyota of Nashua where I bought my last Tacoma. I have been happy with the folks there. Service has always been great. She put money down on a Rav4 that Jonathan Pavnick showed us. It was a clean low milage 2006 Rav4. We made it clear we were still looking around and would be back. Our last stop Tuesday after the fourth was to look at the Rav4 one more time. She bought it. Jonathan hit her numbers. There was no preasure at all. He was fun to work with. Jerry Gannon the business manager was great to work with also. There was no preasure to buy extended warranties and other add ons. But she did by an extended warranty. Mark the gentleman who had the final say in the price was helpful also. Be sure to do your homework. I ended up bying a new Tacoma from Jonathan. I traded in my 08. Jonathan had a good weekend with us. He's a good salesman. He got two sales. Mark threw in a bug deflector too. More

These two men went above and beyond anything I have experienced at other dealers. They were friendly, helpful and willing to do whatever was necessary to be sure that I was satisfied and comfortable experienced at other dealers. This is possibly the best experience that my husband and I have ever had! I filled out a request online for trade in value on my vehicle and within minutes a woman named Kay had sent me an email letting me I have ever had! I filled out a request online for trade in value on my vehicle and within minutes a woman named Kay had sent me an email letting me know she would be touching base with me. I got a call that evening with a name of a salesperson- Kevin Flynn and she said to stop by anytime to see him. Kevin followed up with a phone call, and I was on my way that same evening! Kevin had the make and model ready for my husband and I to test drive! We loved the car, but were concerned about the sticker price, and mileage on the car- (mostly because I owed on my other car and had to roll a portion of the loan over) They worked to get my payments lower by negotiating the price as well as providing my top dollar for my trade in! We were there until 11:30pm- and the entire department was still there willing to work with us to get the car out that night! WOW! Talk about service! There was a minor problem that surfaced with the car, and Toyota took the car in fixed the issue! We also noticed two small issues on the car that we wanted taken care of- (this is a used car so some things are bound to need a little cosmetic surgery) and guess what? THEY ARE FIXING THEM- The Sales manager also stayed with Kevin until we rode off with the new car, he came out and talked to me about concerns, and what he could do to make me feel comfortable with the purchase-WE HAD ZERO PRESSURE!! He addressed every need and worked exceptionally hard to get me a great trade in value! Kevin, took the time to set up blue tooth, review features of the vehicle, and follow up after the long weekend to see how things were going. Kevin even met me at the service department when i went to get it inspected and to address the small issue (which by the way there was no way of the sales persons knowing of until I brought it to their attention) He offered his cell phone number if I ran into anything else- as he was heading on vacation! (WHO DOES THAT??) There was only ONE time that I didn't feel valued- and that was when another sales manager wouldn't assist us with some of the two small interior issues.....I can't knock them down for it though, as that particular Sales manager didn't know us or our situation. He should have come out and talked to me rather than telling service what they would cover and not cover. My mother in law, father in law, have always purchased from Toyota of Nashua- its not wonder why! I don't think we will ever go anywhere else. At the very least, if you get the chance, work with both Kevin and Robert- both exceptional people- AND KUDOS to Kay for being so friendly and making my first interaction feel so personal- No pressure sale, friendly service, willing to make sure you make the right choice- This is the place to go! Two last notes, the times that I called Kevin and Robert I never got a voice mail, That is HUGE to me, also Robert emailed me back within seconds each time I reached out. This is also the Toyota dealer that offered to stay open 24 hours when the recall issue came up earlier this year- I remembered hearing that on the radio- and they were already top notch in my book for that alone- GOOD LUCK! I gave an excellent review!! The level of service was above and beyond. My only problem was my key less entry remote was not programmed to my highlander. Jason was friendly, helpful and patient as we decided between 2 models we drove. Atmosphere of dealership and everyone working there was friendly not only to us but to each other, that was a plus. When I returned to pick up my car, Jason seemed more excited about the car than I did (alot going on in life, and the car was more of my husbands idea, than mine) but his upbeat attidute quickly rubbed off on me. He showed me around the parts and service area, and introduced me to the guys working there, that was different. Even after my purchase, I called to ask about something, he got back to me within an hour or so. Today, I called to ask another question, he wasn't in, but Jack took my call and answered my question. We have bought a couple of trucks in the past at Toyota of Nashua, and will go there to buy in the future, right now I love my car! More

we were given a price for a new venza and had a computer printout of the financing and was very happy with everything. the salesman turned out to be our neighbor and we were very comfortable with him. we t printout of the financing and was very happy with everything. the salesman turned out to be our neighbor and we were very comfortable with him. we told him we were there three years ago and the salesman was very arogant so we left and bought an infinity. four days later they located our color and we were on our way to nashua toyota with a bank check for $2,000. and dennis gets a call from chris prescott that there is a problem we'll talk about it when we get there. we get there and find out they made a mistake by $300. a month. they are sorry but instead of $279. a month it's $525. and jack burke feels so bad he is making chris do the dirty work and never comes out to apologizes. we said we couldn't aford this and it was tuff this was it or nothing. i have since spoke to another person who said they pulled this on him. i don;t need this crap in my life. i just want to buy a nice car from nice people. not people like you. More
